Is there a way to use the 'labels' in personal messages to help with organization?

If you label incoming messages with a certain label (i.e., Mentor Stuff, Herald and Post, Roleplay Planning, Conversations w/ XYZ), and then you click on the list of labels in the left-hand menu, you can make ONLY those messages show up in your inbox.

Other than that... not that I know of? ^^;

Word of warning, though - labels don't move messages into separate folders/directories. When you look at your inbox, you'll still see everything, and you have to apply the labels manually. So, unless you apply labels to everything, it's only partially effective in forcing order on inbox contents. Frustrating to me, since I'm ruthlessly organized with my email autosorting. *shrugs and smiles* YMMV, of course, though.

Yes, that IS the problem. However, if you do need organization for certain items or categories of PMs, and you religiously label them as you get them, then it's totally fine. :) No, you can't organize them into "folders" per se, but it does roughly work.

And if you need to label old messages, there's a search function you can use to find stuff. :]
