ShadowFox89

Name: Tessa Coils
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Electrokinetic Inventor
Alias: Tesseract
Player Name: Shadowfox89

Physical Description: In her civvie form, Tess stands 5'2 and weighs around 100lbs with coppery hair and blue eyes. She is fairly physically fit, her powers requiring her to find some way to burn off the excess energy. During day to day life Tess prefers to wear loose jeans and a shirt, finding tight fitting clothing to cause too much static cling. When in her lab she throws a white lab coat over her day clothes, buttoned up to prevent contamination with a special threading to keep her passive static from frying lab equipment.
Tess has three different armor designs she employs- the MK1, MK1a, and MK2. The Mark 1 armor is a bulky exosuit, increasing her height to almost seven feet, it's thick armored plating and gauntlets making it impossible to determine who is inside. The MK1a armor is little more than incredibly well armored and highly engineered undergarments, covering her chest, groin, and rear. The MK2 armor is similar to the MK1 armor, in that it is a full body armor system, however it is much slimmer and sleeker, only adding about a foot of height. All of her armor is painted in tones of black and gray, with an electric blue highlight.

Personality: If curiosity killed the cat, Tess would be dead a thousand times over. She has an insatiable hunger for knowledge, often to the point of taking something apart just to see how it ticks. Outside of her manic moments of curiosity however, Tess can be quiet and reserved, paying more attention to her research than what goes on around her. Her powers tend to give her an almost boundless amount of energy, at least until her 'charge' runs dry.

Background: Born in a small town in the middle of the US, Tess was always smart and nerdy. When a strange meteor struck her in the chest and embedded itself there, giving her the electrokinetic powers she has now as well as vastly increasing her intellect. It wasn't long after this that she created her first suit of power armor, working with a powerful tech mogul to finance the development of this. That relationship was not to last, with the tech giant taking advantage of her naivete and relative lack of experience with things such as copyright law. What came about was Tess was barred from working on her own technology in the US, her initial power armor designs stolen from her, and her funding gone.

That was when BADGE reached out to her. They offered her funding, a safe haven to study and engineer from, and a chance to do something more than just spend her life in an engineering lab. Tess eagerly jumped at this chance and has since produced her MK1 and MK2 armors.

Player Ons and Offs: Bondage, exhibitionism, orgasm control, up for just about anything just ask first

Transformation Device: Tess's "device" takes the form of an extremely advanced wrist unit that contains a teleportation homing matrix for her MK1 and MK2 armor, allowing the armor to come to her wherever she is.

Powers and Abilities

- Electrokinesis: Tess has minor electrokinetic ability, able to store several hundreds amps within her her body and either channel that outwardly or use it as energy for herself. This store of electricity can be used for bursts of rapid thought or energy for physical activity. The drawback to this is that using too much of her stored charge leaves her lethargic. She can absorb a charge from outside sources to recharge, however if she is left without a way to do so for too long she will fall into a coma until she can reabsorb enough energy. Recharging tends to be an extremely enjoyable experience for her, to the point where she prefers to recharge where she has plenty of privacy.

- Hyper-intellect: A mix of natural ability and further enchanced by her electrokinetic ability amplifying, Tess has a genius level intellect and as long as she has a charge remaining, can think and analyze a situation several times faster than a normal human.

- Power Armor: See equipment

Equipment

Mark 1 Power Armor: The Mark 1 armor is designed as a general combat suit, providing both a great deal of armor, enhanced strength, flight, and holding several capacitors to enhance her reserves of electricity. However, the armor is slow and presents a large target. Stealth is largely a nonoption. The MK1 as well as the MK1a and MK2 all contain a vitals monitoring system, which has a real time hookup to her lab at the BADGE HQ.

Mark 2 Power Armor: The Mark 2 is slimmer, sleeker, and faster than the Mark 2. It also possesses a built in railgun system, utilizing Tess's own stored charge. However, it has less armor than the MK1 suit and it's systems take a drain on her energy.

Mark 1a Power Armor: The downside to both designs of Tess's power armor is numerous skin-contact sensors that make wearing most clothing an issue while armored, Tess took another approach. The Mark 1a armor composes of a chest piece to cover her breasts and a bottom piece that is little more than armored underwear. While seemingly innocuous, the MK1a does contain a small capacitor system to act as a backup store of power, a small emergency shield deployment system that has the unfortunate side effect of shredding whatever clothing she is wearing at the time, and can stop small arms fire and stabs from someone of normal human strength.

Skills

Hand to hand combat training- Realizing that depending solely on her armor and powers would be asking for trouble, Tess has started to undertake training in martial arts both for self defense and to assist in the field. She is still relatively new, but enthusiasm and use of her energy reserves has helped her "catch up.

General Scientific Acumen- Tess holds degrees in engineering, robotics, computers, and mechanics.

Advantages

Enthusiasm- Tess has an (almost) boundless supply of energy and enthusiasm.

Intellect- Smarter than the average human

Weaknesses

Shy- Despite her enthusiasm, Tess is more at home in a quiet lab than the middle of a party and getting her to socialize may involve a prybar.

Water- Being fully submerged in water means she cannot utilize her electrokinetic powers or risk a feedback shock on herself.

Drained Batteries- Tess's energy and enthusiasm tends to last as long as her electrical stores do. If she uses too much energy she will grow more and more tired, until passing out. If she uses up too much energy, she can fall into a coma until recharged, draining electricity from whatever is nearby until awakening.
Call me Shadow
My A/A

Steir

It's an interesting blend of powers and equipment. Tessa is hereby approved.

Yurie

Hey Steir, would you like us to submit BADGE staff and support crew to staff their HQ?

Premier

We got a pretty diverse band!

When I do my villain I've asked Shadow if I can be Tess' kinda Nemesis so hopefully that's okay. Dunno if others also want to do that!

Yurie

I wouldn't mind someone playing my nemeses, though I do already have them mostly drawn up. I'd be happy to play as someone else's nemesis. Hey Avalon29, do you need a baddy?

Gardsorm

Name: Silias Varugalla
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Stereotype: Mischief-making Risky Reptile
Alias: Bandit
Player Name: Gardsorm

Physical Description: Prior to transforming, Silias is a mostly unassuming 5'5, honey blonde haired, lithe humanoid reptile entity of some sort. Despite looking like a normal human, much of his body possesses dark green scale plating, especially evident on his arms, legs, and backside. He also possesses a long prehensile tail that he uses for balance when running fast, or else grabbing onto things for stability. He also possesses what look like horns sprouting from his head, numbering at least four. While not seen, he can sprout the wings of his transformed form in this form too, but he seldom does so as to not give away his identity.

When transformed as Bandit, Silias undergoes a more drastic transformation that looks more akin to a mutation than an outright shift of identity. Tapping fully into his reptilian blood, Silias essentially hulks out into a more physically built, agile lizardman of sorts standing at a height of 6'3 from the arch of his wings. Seemingly themed on the raptors of old (feathered reptilians), he is a scaled monstrosity with fully functional avian-like wings for flight. Numerous spikes grow out all throughout his body, each one a weapon as effective as his own body. He's not the prettiest of sights in this state short of the nicer blue-green color his scales take instead of the mottled dark green of his humanoid form, but it's definitely the form he's grown accustomed to doing many of his deeds in, clean or otherwise dirty.

Personality:

Wily - Silias is a mischief maker, through and through. If he filches someone's possession, marks someone's favorite spot or vehicle, or takes a bit of food without paying, he's quick to locate the fastest way to escape. With great legwork, a lithe form, and expert tail control, there are few places the lizard can't get into, or out from.

Attempted Risktaker - Silias is something of a wild card who likes trying to see how easily he can get away with a given action. I say 'Attempted ' because he isn't always keen to try his hand, especially if the odds are heavily stacked against him. But if the reward is worth it, he may be made to follow through with his intentions.

Lazy - If something doesn't really catch Silias interest... Well, he tends to invoke the Lounging Lizard status. Most of the time this means he finds the warmest spot he can and just lazes about watching TV or playing games. Usually this won't last long if someone finds something for him to do or gets him involved in something.

Background: Silias is one of many residents of a planet located in the region of the Lacerta constellation. Involved in a long time rivalry with the near by residents of the constellation Cygnus, a species of avian beings that consider themselves far above their reptilian rivals. Both sides often engage in rigorous and intense training for a series of competitive games essentially dubbed 'Thieves and Knights', where the Lacertites represent the thieves and the Cygnusians represent the knights. Silias was involved with the last game, joining a raid into Cygnusian territory in order to take their most prized treasure while their enemies were tasked with capturing their leader.

Ultimately the game ended with a draw, as both sides achieved their target at roughly the same time. Winners of this event are allowed to leave the star clusters and explore beyond in the infinite expanse of the galaxy, and Silias was one such winner. His travels with others through space allowed them to chance upon Earth, a planet rife with valuable objects for the taking and life to take them from. However, spending his time on Earth left Silias realizing that there was greater danger, both from its inhabitants and outside forces that did not belong, than initially intended... At first possessed with the thought to leave, he ultimately decided that the potential for treasures and good times far outweighed the danger, and instead he would fight in order to make the things he wanted to be his, his.

He may not be the most altruistic person on the planet fighting for it, but he has no reason to act against them either. Anyone or anything that threatens his being or the people that have possessions he wants are his enemies, plain and simple. For a year he has fought the good fight, hanging out in little more than a cozy pad paid for by his numerous acquisitions, but not only has he come to blows with various enemies of humanity but also strange and powerful defenders of it representing an organization known acquisitions BADGE. Untrusting of the group, he has denied their offer for him to join out of paranoia of what they may be capable of, preferring to fly on his own. Whether they leave good enough alone or not, time will tell if he'll decide to team up with them or not.

Player Ons and Offs: Check preferences, but I'm mostly okay with all but the nastiest and most violent things.

Transformation Device:
While not actually a device per se, the horns adorning Silias' head also trigger the impulses he needs to shift into his alternate form. As a result, damaging all four horns renders him unable to transform until they repair themselves over time. The command required for this transformation is 'Scale Over! Bandit, Taking the World!'.

Powers and Abilities

1) Great Agility - While well beyond a humans' in normal form, as Bandit his agility is far greater despite his increased size. He won't be running around Sonic fast, but he can still run and leap across surprising distances, and even gain enough traction and momentum to race over water lIke a frilled lizard would.

2) Flight - The wings aren't just for show! Fully functional and quite feathery, they allow Silias to fly with great ease in either form. Admittedly he can't control his flight as easily in human form as his wings were designed with his alternate form in mind, and as a result his smaller disposition can get carried away quite easily.

3) Camouflage - Silias seems to embody several different reptiles with his being, and the presence of camouflage is no different. Spending some time in an environment lets Silias study the spectrum of colors present within it, and alter his body's pigment to match it, evem going so far as to completely remove himself from sight. He cannot achieve true, mobile invisibility yet, however.

4) Regenerative - A decidedly useful aspect of Silias is his body's enhanced natural regeneration. As you might have guessed, it is quite possible for him to lose his tail in the heat of battle (or have him personally tear it off to beat evil senseless), and so this ability of his allows him to eventually regenerate it. It won't pop back instantly, but after a few days it'll be good as new. Other injuries also apply to this aspect as well, but some things just can't be healed from...

5) Final Rush - Lacerta Raid! - Most superheroes and masked heroes have some sort of super attack to call their own... This was one Silias concepted to better fit the genre, as Bandit. Performing a series of dashing/flyby axe strikes, Bandit litters the space with numerous explosive scars around a given enemy to restrict their movement. Leaping back, he casts the axes out at his side before accelerating in with a heavy dropkick through the field of scars and against his enemy, springing off as the axes come in and swipe through the foe. While they aren't actually cleaved through, touching the scars causes them to detonate on the enemy to create a severe explosion, while Bandit touches down facing away from the blast, catching his aways on the return. The move most likely to be used when he wants to deliver a flashy finish to a powerful enemy of good. Often times while executing this, he'll speak through the attack.

Equipment
Alpha and Beta Lacertae - A pair of powerful battle axes that only manifest after transforming into Bandit, they're the source of his offensive prowess. Each slash distorts energy and leaves a 'scar' in the space, where if an enemy touches it, the scar will explode lightly. As a result, direct hits from the axes have small explosive power (akin to a Kamen Riders' or Power Rangers' traditional blast-like hits). The slash scar of one axe can also be launched by a swipe from its sister axe, giving some measure of ranged offense to Bandit, or be used to restrict an enemy's movement by sealing their path of attack or movement unless they wish to incur damage. Finally, the axes are also fairly aerodynamic, able to fly like boomerangs and return to him when willed.

Skills

1) Street Smarts - Silias life on Earth has made him wiser to his environment. While the urban lands he inhabits now are a far cry from the jungles, mountains, and deserts he was once used to prowling around, he's learned the insand outs and learned that the city offered him the greatest range of places to hide, venues to attack from, and areas to visit for his personal entertainment.

2) Fight or Flight - Silias is a capable fighter, but if danger comes knocking and he's not ready, he's more liable to flee the scene if a suitable exit can be found. No sense to stand around and take a beating if you know you can outrun amd outparkour your pursuers.

3) Self-Sufficient - Silias is more than capable of taking care of himself, though not quite in the ways that he should. He's a lousy cook, and as a result he's more liable to take smacks or unattended food to be his chosen meal. At best, he's good at making premade food or very simple things that don't require much attention.

4) Evasive - This goes hand in hand with his Fight or Flight routine, he tries his best to deftly evade his pursuers and their attacks if it ever comes to combat. When in the heat of battle, he isn't quite as evasive, but his physical resiliency helps offset this somewhat.

5) Taunting Tongue - Silias has a gift for speech, but not usually for eloquence or grace. Rather, Silias words often aim to rouse his opponents annoyance or anger, in an attempt to lead them to perform sloppy or predictable moves. He's had pretty good success with this, but not everyone falls for his ruses. His antics might also annoy associates of his, but he tries not to do it too much... He just can't help it sometimes.

Advantages

1) Resilient - Silias can take a greater deal of punishment than the average human. Though he rather not get beat up too much if he can help it, if it comes down to it, he won't crumple as easily as one despite how he looks.

2) Eye for the Goods - Silias is adept at picking out just what he wants to take for himself, be it food or others possessions. If you give him a treasure trove of goodies but force him to only pick a few things, it won't take him very long to pick out the most valuable and easily stored objects.

3) Quick-witted - As twitchy and nimble as Silias is, he's quick to make snap decisions and follow through with them without being swayed for the most part or worrying about the consequences to his being. This can be good or bad, as if you have something he wants, he may not easily give up in wanting to take it for however long he can manage to keep it... But if he grows to like someone enough, he may value their safety over his own and take attacks for them even if he doesn't like to normally.

4) Cautious - Silias may taunt and tease people and lead them along on chases, bit it also gives him ample time to size up his odds of success in direct confrontation. If he hasn't incensed anyone yet, he usually spends his time performing a quick risk analysis before he performs a given action, ranging from possible responses to locating potential exits if things go sour.

Weaknesses

1) Overconfident - Being a lucky lizard who fights evil and manages to live to fight another day, over time he's grown to wallow in his success quite a bit. If he's dodging plenty of attacks while taunting his enemies, eventually he will get too cocky and make a mistake that leaves him getting hit for it.

2) Annoys Others Easily - A side effect of him being him, he's bound to irritate others sooner or later, even without intending to. He lives too free and easily, and occasionally being competitive and treating things like a game is sure to bother allies.

3) Elements of Paranoia - This is something that comes with him being cautious, unfortunately. Often times he may overanalyze a given situation and see it in ways he isn't supposed to, or expect the worst of a situation that really won't be. It also makes him especially twitchy in crowded places, leaving him to wonder who can be trusted and who cannot be.

4) Weak to the Cold - Like many reptilians, Silias does not do well in cold environments, or against wielders of it. Even possessing a human-like appearance does not exempt him from this, but it does allow him to wear clothing like one to keep the cold away, and cover his scaling in public. Usually the thickest and baggiest clothes are worn by him for these reasons.

Yurie

#31
And now, a villain.
===

Name: Her Dark And Adored Majesty, Tzarina Ivanova Chudovishe Zmeyalova, Last Scion of the Dark Dragons and Breather of the Flames of Disaster
Age: 19 (Physically. She's actually been in magical sleep for some time.)
Gender: Female
Stereotype: KNEEL BEFORE YOUR DRACONIC QUEEN YOU PEASANTS!!!
Player Name: Yurie

Physical Description: Ivanova is petite and slim, standing barely just an inch over five feet tall. Her skin is pale, her hair is charcoal gray, and her eyes are an unsettling blood-red with light-gray sclera. She is also clearly nonhuman: a pair of two-toned black and blood-red horns curve up from either side of her head, her ears are pointed, a silver and black scaled dragon-tail that slides down from the base of her spine, and she has a pair of bat-like wings that can shapeshift into a black cloak.

When she's doing villain work, she typically wears the dress shown in the picture to the right. Otherwise, she is dressed in ornate, often expensive clothing of various styles, though always in dark colors and accompanied by excessive amounts of jewelry. She has a high-pitched voice, laughs loudly, and is often accompanied by one or more fawning, adoring 'servants.' She walks, talks and laughs like the most stereotypical ojou you've ever seen.

Personality:

Royal - As the self-proclaimed queen of dark dragons, Ivanova comports herself in a way that would be called 'haughty' at best and 'insufferable' at worst. She views most normal people as little better than tools or pets to be used and discarded when no longer needed and views everything else with annoyance. While she will act polite around her 'superiors,' it's mostly a facade.

Spoiled - Ivanova demands the finer things in life and surrounds herself with opulence as much as possible. If someone has something she wants, she will at first politely order them to surrender it to her (and they had better be grateful for Our attention). Refusal tends to be met with brow-beating, enthrallment, or being threatened with fiery death.

Fiery - Ivanova's temper is something to behold. Though she is willing to tolerate certain behaviors, slighting her will usually send her into a flailing, wailing temper tantrum that wouldn't look out of place in an elementary school. It's mostly an act however. Actually pissing her off usually results in a cold, imperious fury that often results in collateral damage.

Likes and Dislikes Ivanova likes tea, being fawned over, punishing 'peasants,' and treasure. She dislikes humans, getting dirty, being insulted or belittled, and would-be heroes.

Background: The history of Earth's occult forces is long and very strange. For eons, mankind has unwittingly coexisted wi-

"That's quite enough of that, peasant! WE will take it from here!"

Wait a minute, you can't-ARGH!

"Ah, much better. Now then. Greetings, subjects. We believe that We are much better at this than that silly mortal. Now, listen well to our tale. Failure to listen would be... unpleasant.

"Our lineage is descended from the true draconic kings of this world, what those silly Usurpers slanderously call 'The Dark Dragons.' To be called 'dark' simply because Our ancestors felt it was right and proper as superior beings to rule over the wretched mortals of this world? Hmph. And as if that weren't enough, they went to war with Our ancestors over it. Over pitiable humans! They even forced Our ancestors to interbreed with mortals as their numbers dwindled. Of course, they chose only the best specimens of humanity to mate with. This is why, even though we are still, unfortunately, half-human, have connections to the royalty of the far north. If only We hadn't slept through that ridiculous revolution of theirs.

"However, We are no longer asleep. We now hunger to take Our rightful place as Queen and Tyrant over humankind. But first, We had to correct Our unfortunate status as a... eugh... half-blood. Of course, We had no intention of entrusting ourselves to some lowly human conjurer or 'scientist.' This issue vexed Us for a great deal of time. Until it caught Our attention that one of the little Usurper dragonettes had awoken as well, armed with a magic tool that could awaken draconic power. And they were in that little island country to the east! HAHA!

We will take the Egg from that thin-blooded Usurper and her little dragonette Yssyr. And while We will... tolerate Our alliance with those other fools, WE WILL NOT BE DENIED OUR BIRTHRIGHT!"

Player Ons and Offs: "Speak to the player, once he has recovered from his... ahem... 'punishment.'"

Powers and Abilities
The Flames of Disaster - "As is proper for Our lineage, we are blessed with the ability to breathe the Flames of Disaster. This black and red fire can scorch most mortal substances to ash and is equal parts magical energy and mundane flame. Much of Our magical power is derived from this Flame, which we can spit as both blasts and long streams."

Flight - "Our wings grant us the ability to fly at exceptional speeds, easily comparable to some of those mortal 'fighter planes.' Of course, We cannot fly if Our wings are bound, but only a fool would try to do THAT. Our wings can also disguise themselves as the black cloak We wear."

The Eyes of Enthrallment - "Our most puissant ability! By meeting the gaze of a mortal, we are capable of enthralling them, turning them into useful, obedient slaves who will do almost anything for Us! Of course, this only works on those who are not endowed with supernatural blessings (*coughcough* Heroes *cough*), requires steady upkeep, and such enthrallment is pretty obvious but We suppose that will suffice for now."

Black Dragon Scutum - "We dislike being struck, so We can channel the power of Our flames to generate a powerful shield against harm. This barrier can be pierced with what heroes call 'Finishers' but otherwise requires great effort to penetrate."

Zmei Yaga! Chudo Yado! Draco Catastrophe! - "Then again, heroes are not the only ones able to fire off Finishers. Our Draco Catastrophe is a massive river of dark fire that requires a short time to charge but leaves naught but ash in its wake!"

Summon Tugarin - "Ah, minions. Useful, disposable minions. When We must marshal Our forces, We rely on Tugarin. These creatures resemble unpleasant, half-human, half-lizard wretches with reddish-black scales, small wings, and unpleasant temperaments. Despite their hideous appearance, We suppose they have their uses..."

Craft Bogatyr - "When necessary, We can craft a more... suitable servant to execute Our will. By gifting a mortal with a piece of Our treasured hoard, we can temporarily transform them into a Bogatyr, a twisted and monstrous parody of a 'hero' blessed with enhanced strength, durability, and various miscellaneous powers related to the trinket we used. When a Bogatyr is defeated, they typically don't remember anything that occurred during their transformation."

Equipment

Our Hoard - "Our precious hoard of trinkets and treasures. We use these to empower our Bogatyr. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITHOUT OUR LEAVE, OR YOU WILL SUFFER EXCRUCIATING TORMENT!"

Raiment of Chudo Yado - "The gown We wear was woven by Our sire, Chudo Yado, Terror of the North. It is impervious to mortal weapons (and stains) and looks decidedly beautiful in Our opinion. Oh, how we miss our dear papa..."

Truly Excessive Amounts of Money - "We are accustomed to an elegant lifestyle. Thankfully, Our thralls are more than happy to contribute their mortal money to our service. Such generosity will be rewarded with the pleasure of serving Us and fulfilling Our every whim, hmhmhm..."

Skills
Fighting - "We are hardly helpless. We do know how to fight like commoners, though We dislike soiling Our hands with the blood of Our foes."

Noble Training - "We are prepared to rule and administrate Our lands, once We have properly conquered them and put their mortal leaders to the flames. Trivialities, really..."

Draconic Knowledge - "Our papa made sure to instruct Us about Our history, lineage, and especially Our magic and capabilities. We are a veritable font of knowledge on this topic!"

Being Cute - "We can be surprisingly disarming when We wish to be. Our papa did adore Us most out of all of his other children, after all. Oh papa..."

Being Scary - "We have been told We are quite frightening if Our temper reaches its full flowering... Well, if We cannot be loved, when We shall be FEARED. "

Advantages
Vast Wealth - "Our bloodline is blessed with a grand hoard of treasures and jewels, though We loathe to spend it. The credit and wealth of Our thralls, however, is a different story."

Thralls - "We already possess numerous servants, which provide a comfortable life for us."

Attractive - "We have been told Our appearance is quite fetching indeed. It does help when we are faced with foolish mortal men seeking easy prey. Hmhm, little do they know..."

Impossibly Driven - "We have a goal. We will pursue that goal. IF YOU GET IN THE WAY OF US COMPLETING OUR GOAL, YOU AND EVERYTHING YOU HOLD DEAR WILL BURN."

Weaknesses
"Weaknesses? Bah! We are flawless! The embodiment of perf-"

Okay, that's enough out of you.

"What?! How did y- OW! OW!! Unhand Us mortal! YOU WILL SUF-"

Whew, much better... Now, where were we?

What An Ego - Ivanova is conceited, arrogant and entirely too enamored with her supposed 'superiority.' While she's not a complete idiot, she is easily provoked and tricked if her ego is slighted.

GIVE ME THE EGG! - Ivanova has one goal: get Rina's Dragon Egg Charm. Anything else is secondary, at best. If she thinks that there's an opportunity to get it, she will prioritize that over anything else, plans or alliances be damned.

Not As Clever As She Thinks - Ivanova is... not exactly good at schemes. Sure, she has a degree of cunning and intelligence, but she's nowhere near the machiavellian mastermind she thinks she is. Her plots are often predictable and obvious to those more clever than her.

Science? Foolishness... - Ivanova doesn't trust science. To be frank, she views it as nothing more than the amateur tinkering of mortals in realms they have no business being in. If she were to have her way, there wouldn't be any science or scientists; everyone would still be in the dark ages. Thus, she is inexperienced with dealing with super-science or ultratechnology, and often underestimates it.

Lonely - Once you get past the imperiousness and the oversized ego, it becomes quite apparent that Ivanova desperately craves attention. Unless she recognizes you as a foe, she's easy to approach so long as you ply her with attention and fawning. Whether that's a good idea or not is a different matter entirely.

SweetSerenade

#32
Name: Aithne Du'Morrigu
Age: 20 Appearance (Closer to 40 really, having 'lost' 20 years in the realm of the Tuatha'De'Dannan)
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Bookworm-Priestess of the Old Gods
Alias: Maiden Huntress
Player Name: SweetSerenade

Physical Description:
Aithne is a woman possessing of a petite stature, as she is not yet fully awakened to her Tuatha'De'Dannan genetics, asides the Tua'De are shapeshifting folk and she rather likes her petite build. Standing at no more than 5'2'', she does not make an imposing figure, when she's in her human form. When she transforms to her 'Maiden Huntress' form she goes closer to the 5'8'' range of things.

In her human form she tends to wear rather large body covering clothing, as she doesn't really like to draw attention to herself. When she goes to her Maiden Huntress form she tends to take on more Fae like qualities - with a desire to be seen. It's almost like a shift in personality to a slight degree. More calm and studious as her 'human' self, and more playful and prankster in her Maiden Huntress.

She almost never wears jewelry that isn't a pure metal, gets rather distracted by things that are shiny, and has a rather strange obsession with anythign draconic. She always wears her glasses when she is human, and always wears her hair down to cover the pointed ears she sports in her 'human' form.
Personality: Aithne is a rather calm and collected young woman, she likes being sweet to others. Giving and kind. But she has a bit of a problem with accepting help from others, she cannot abide by 'owing' anyone anything. She will always repay any kindness given to her, just like she will always repay any offense given to her. She is a bit of a mixture of the human she started out as, and the Fae she is awakening as.

She is highly intelligent and makes no false claims to her knowledge, if someone wishes to learn something - she will freely tell them. But she also can be a tad on the sarcastic side of things, to a point where someone takes her sarcasm as seriousness. Considering that she 'lost time' to the Tuatha'De'Dannan for training - she has a bit more of them to her as well. She has spent half of her life as a human and now half of it evolving into a Tuatha'De'Dannan (Though more particularly starting as a Fae.)

Because of this she can be a bit more tricksy when she's in her Maiden Huntress form, and her need to 'broker deals' - can sometimes carry over into her interactions as Aithne. Everything comes at a price, it's just a matter of what that price is. Overall, she can be really sweet, but when her more Fae side is kicked in (with a variety of things!) she can be either a horrible prankster (Think the Weasley Twins from Harry Potter) or just downright bubbly to the point where you might get diabetes from her sweetness.

She takes her position as the Maiden Huntress rather seriously, and while she might be coerced into flirting - or playing around a bit - she will not give her virginity to anyone that hasn't earned it. She is loyal to her gods and their plans for her, she'll know when the time is right. A word of warning, to the wise, try your best not to awaken her tomboy side – she can be quite competitive.

Background: Aithne was the youngest daughter in a family full of older brothers(12 to be exact). Her mother was almost always busy off doing the work of the Gods, so as a result Aithne didn't often see her mother, who was the Lady of the Lake - for the current generations. She was going to take up that mantle herself when she was old enough, but the Old Gods had other plans. She had a normal childhood, and lived most of her life traveling around the world with her family.
Her father and brothers taught her a lot about fighting, which often helped the scrappy little redhead survive. A fun fact about her family is that the Du'Morrigu family name is her mother's, her father took her mother's name upon marriage - as he too believed in the old ways. The only parent you can truly be assured of - is the mother. Thusly, the family legacy continued in their youngest daughter as well.

Aithne got a top notch education, her mind absorbing knowledge like a sponge - and her love for languages shone through the most. That is, next to her love of the arcane. She loved magic, in all its forms, and loved learning about it from various different parts of the world. This combined with her love of music, also lead to a strangely cultured young woman. When she was 20 years old her mother presented her to the Gods, the Celtic Gods, the Tuatha'De'Dannan, for her awakening.

Only five of her brothers had passed their Awakening, and her mother hoped that she would be able to take on the mantle and become the next Lady of the Lake. Unfortunately, the Gods had their own plans for the young woman. She was selected to be somethign unseen for a long time, she was the next Maiden Huntress. The Tuatha'De'Dannan took her that night (which is only six months in the past for her family!) - and she remained with them in their realm for what felt like ages.

For her family it was only six months, but for her it was 20 years. 20 years of learning to craft her magic, her contracts, and her connections with the Gods that had chosen her to help the Earth become safe again. After she returned she was considered fully an adult, and was sent off to a new place - to help out new people. She has yet to make her first major appearance yet, but she is quite determined to help the world as best as she can.

Player Ons and Offs: Teasing and Orgasm Denial, this character in particular isn't going to be easily convinced for Vaginal sex - but can easily enjoy oral, toys, and anal. Intelligence is another bonus, and someone capable of keeping pace with my character. The thing that works the most for me as a player is open communication. (I'm fine with teasing from female characters, but please understand that I rarely if ever write FxF scenes.)

Transformation Device: Her transformation device is a scrying mirror that she keeps on her person at all times. She pulls it up and focuses on it, it bursts with a bright light and energy that wraps around her and forms her garments. While she says “Show the Huntress within!”

Powers and Abilities
After Transformation:
1. The Transformation enhances all magical traits of Aithne. She goes from a between Tuatha’De’Dannan(Fae) and human form to an almost complete TDD form.  This enhances her magical capabilities to a more Fae like nature, versus more component based magics.

2. The Transformation enhances all racial traits that Aithne has. Her sense and physical attributes becoming more like the Fae – than the inbetween she usually was.

3.   Call to Aid – She can call one of the token weaponry of the Tuatha’De’Dannan to her Aid. Among her commonly called ones are the Cloak of Morrigan (Which is a black raven feather cloak that ends up turning into a pair of wings), Spear of Lugh, Bow of Cerrunos, and Cauldron of Cerridwen. She can only call two items at any given time, as her body is not capable of handling more than two of the items being summoned at a time.

Cloak of Morrigan – A protective barrier that can also turn into a pair of large Raven wings.
Spear of Lugh – Is a ‘finishing’ move, a summoning of Lugh’s spear that is tied into the strongest powers of light and life. She uses this to both cleanse and kill. There must be a balance.
Bow of Cerrunos – Melee based attack, she doesn’t like using it as much as she is not accustomed to it yet.
Cauldron of Cerridwen – This is a magic booster, that when called – forms a small old fashioned cauldron type pot in her hands, she can ‘pour’ ‘life’ water from its depths that can be used to heal and repair damage done. The amount of repair done is directly proportionate to her lifeforce at the time.
All Call to Aid Items can only be summoned for 15 minutes at most, before they need to be recharged and rest for a bit. It’ll take at least half an hour before she can call an item back into combat. She’s not meant for long term combat, but more of a get in – hit it hard – get out.
Equipment
Transformation device – Black Scrying Hand Mirror
The Items mentioned in Call to Aid.

Skills
Highly diplomatic, and has been told she’s one of the more convincing of the descendants of the Tuatha’De’Dannan.
Hands on training in combat forms, from several of the Tuatha’De’Dannan. These mostly refer to things like bow, staff, sword, daggers, and magic. She spent ’20 years’ in their realm being taught. Their realm works on a different time mechanic, and they did this to prepare her properly.
Most of her other skills refer to languages she has learned, which include several Earth languages – and several ‘Fae’ Languages.
Racial/Magical Traits of being Awakened as a Tuatha’De’Dannan descendent - Enhanced senses and physical capabilities, as she is not completely human anymore. This is sort of a passive ‘racial’ trait for her. She also can do ritual magics in her non-transformed form, but these require spell components and often proper times of day/month/year. In her Transformed form this is enhanced to an even higher level of capability.

Advantages
Tuatha’De’Dannan Genetics – Making her have enhanced senses and physical based capabilities.
Magic – Taught by the Old Gods, and taught in the Old ways. She has access to magics that most believe extinct.
Deal Maker – She’s exceptionally skilled at making deals, to an extent that she almost managed to get an advantage over Arawn while she was being trained.
Tactical Mind – Highly mentally orientated, she’s quick with her strategies and will refuse to enter combat properly till she has formed one. If she’s forced to enter without one – she will fight to find one.

Weaknesses
Racial Based Weakness:
Cold Iron is a weakness to her in any form, if pressed against her skin for too long it can cause blisters and blackened flesh. She cannot heal these in any way with her magic – and will need non-magical means to heal them. She literally cannot lie, she can mislead, but she cannot lie. She has trouble resisting making deals, and offering favors to others. But in retrospect, she also cannot abide owing anyone anything. She hates open-ended favors.

Magic Based Weaknesses:
Her magic is very controlled in how it works - some is based off of components of the spells, and some is based off of her lifeforce. The longer she uses spells, and the more powerful, the more of her lifeforce she uses up. This means she is not meant for long term combat. But a hit'm'gtfo style. Hit them hard, hit them fast, and get out.

Personality/Personal Weaknesses:
Charming Men – Are a serious weakness for her, she’s a sucker for a good charmer.
Temper – Though it doesn’t seem it, and it isn’t mentioned much, her hair color is red for a reason. That’s the only thing you’ll get.
Impulsive when her Tomboy side is kicked in, she gets extremely impulsive and competitive and will strive to cause as much havoc as possible.
She also is unable to handle romance of any kind, relationships and she are not friends.

Okay, let us start from the last point of my response:

Hey Steir, would you like us to submit BADGE staff and support crew to staff their HQ?
Yes. BADGE staff and support crew are welcome NPCs. Even civilian NPCs would be fine (which may be grouped together as a family to keep it easy tracking NPCs down).

Also, I'm game with having a villain like Ivanova around... and somehow imagining some humorous interactions taking place with that.

Gardsorm, re: Silias
He sort of reminds me of another character from a series I read and I like how he is built. Those axes sound cool too and would be nice picturing how Bandit's finisher would look like. :D

SweetSerenade, re: Aithne
A character that hits hard and fast, coming from a different upbringing will take some time getting used to how different things are at the location. I'm interested in seeing future scenarios where she learns to just not solo things. Welcome aboard.

Name: Black Cosmos
Age: 43
Gender: Male
Stereotype: Disillusioned Hero Turned Overlord
Player Name: Steir

Physical Description:
Garbed in primarily black outfit and cape, Black Cosmos stands at a height of 5'8" and has an imposing build. Despite not as intimidatingly tall as other villains, the Overlord possesses an aura of fear that forces lesser beings to bend to his will. A somewhat stripped belt hangs around his waist - a reminder of who he once was and why he turned to this path of darkness.

Personality:
Determined, Disillusioned, Charismatic

While Black Cosmos has lost sight of the reason to protect humanity, he still retains key parts of his personality. He is still strong-willed and will stand up to his beliefs (however distorted they are now), and he treats strong individuals with respect and fairness. This unusual polarity was what attracted certain villains to his alliance and fight under his cause.

Background:
Black Cosmos was once a valiant and great hero of justice who tirelessly fought for the sake of humanity. Whether it was against the Cybug Invasion together with the Cyber Warriors or the Desolace together with the Runic Seasons, he was present to lend a hand and fight against anyone who wished to lay waste to humanity and extinguish the light of hope. He was the exemplar of justice that people looked up to.

... and one day he simply vanished without a trace. The only thing remaining was his helmet and the red scarf he wore around his neck. People were at a loss for some time until some heroes have moved to work together and fill the void.

Unknown to most of the world, the hero has turned into Black Cosmos after seeing the darkness that constantly existed in the hearts of mankind. He has decided to act as the demon - to expose the darkness in the hearts of people and rule over them with an iron fist. It is in his belief that by bringing all to his control, people will no longer succumb to the darkness and build a better world of law and order.

Player Ons and Offs: Please refer to this link.

Powers and Abilities

  • Paramount of Science - Black Cosmos constantly and tirelessly improves and upgrades his cybernetic body. This puts him on par with various superhuman races when it comes to physical capabilities. This also grants him capabilities of flight, shields, and energy blasts.
  • Fearsome Magic - a recipient of wondrous magic power during his younger days, that magic source has long since been corrupted by his dark heart. He is capable of powerful magical spells in the fields of attack, defense, and utility that is at par with wizards of this day and age.
  • Cosmo Abyss - a distortion of Black Cosmos' original attack, this fearsome move creates a distortion in space and time that traps his opponent in place. Those trapped within are then forcefully drained of their energy, stamina, and magic that Black Cosmos converts to his own use.
  • Black Buster - either with a weapon or just with his hands or feet, Black Cosmos is capable of delivering a focused strike of dark energy on his foe. This dark energy travels violently within his target's body before explosively releasing outwards.
  • Dark Heart: Akumize - individuals with particularly evil intent can be used to Black Cosmos' purpose. Using his own dark powers he can magnify the darkness within an evil individual and transform them into more powerful and distorted version of themselves. They acquire traits and powers befitting of their nature of evil. When defeated, the darkness within the individual is released and becomes part of Black Cosmos' power - leaving the Akumized individual without any memory of the incident and rid of the darkness in one's heart.
  • Craft Darklings - Black Cosmos is capable of instilling his dark energies into mechanical automated soldiers he called Darklings. While they are minions, they are surprisingly more dependable than the regular minions of his followers due to the advanced AI programmed into their mechanically advanced bodies. However, they are incapable of following unreasonable requests and will mess up if forced to follow such requests.
Equipment
Cosmo Driver - the original transformation device Black Cosmos used to transform in his early days now looks worse for wear. It is nevertheless stripped and greatly modified, functioning as a converter of auxiliary energy for the Overlord.

Black Arsenal - the original weapon Black Cosmos used in his early days has now been greatly modified. While primarily functioning as a broadsword, it is capable of changing its configuration in order to function as a cannon, spear, bow, shield, and axe.

Cybug Lord Heart - the heart of the Cybug leader that grants Black Cosmos his ability to evolve and improve his body. This item is embedded within his body beside his real heart.

Desolace Stone - crystallized mana that remained from the leader of Desolace. Together with the Cybug Lord Heart, allows magic power to flow through Black Cosmos' cybernetic body.

Abyss Stager - Black Cosmos' vehicle of choice before he changed, a heavily modified combat motorcycle that now sports a pitch black color. It is capable of travel in various terrain at high speeds. It is also armed with rapid-firing Abyss Cannons that fire bullets crafted from hellstones.

Skills
Leadership - Black Cosmos has proper experience leading a variety of teams in his prime as a hero, and even had a stint helping out military forces of various countries prepare proper defenses against certain invasions.

Research and Development - this was forced upon him when he became a hero of justice. He had to figure out how to make the most of his body's capabilities then and collaborated with many brilliant minds of his time.

Mechanic - Black Cosmos was and still an able mechanic when it comes to maintaining vehicles, especially his own.

Violinist - Black Cosmos was an accomplished violinist before he became a hero of justice, and he still practices the violin up to this day even as the leader of a villain. When he is not doing anything one can hear a melancholic tune fill the halls of the lair.

Advantages
Qualities that give your character a certain edge at getting through life. Maybe you're naturally stronger than anyone else, quick to pick up on things, or just rich. You can have up to five of them, and it is possible to have none at all (if you think you're up to it). Identify advantages with a word or short phrase, followed by a brief description on what they do.

Weaknesses
Flaws your character possesses that throws a wrench into being perfect. These make your character more human (or more relatable if they aren't human to begin with). Your character needs to have at least one weakness and can have up to five of them.

JoanieSappho

#34
Name: Shizu Uihara/Goo Queen
Age: 34/lots
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Scatterbrained Teacher/Dense Devourer
Player Name: JoanieSappho

Physical Description: Shizu is a rather attractive woman, standing around 5'5 with a surprisingly curvy body and an even more surprisingly youthful appearance. She could - and has, in the past - been confused for one of her students, but teaching at the university level makes that rather easier than if she were a school teacher. Her hair is brown and typically worn loose and just short of being messy, and her caring purple eyes are sometimes hidden behind the reflection of her glasses, although even when that happens it remains hard to see any sort of threat in her.

The Goo Queen's form is, of course, whatever they feel like although their newest host has left quite the impression on them and these days they could almost pass for Shizu's sister.
If Shizu's sister was composed entirely of shiny, glistening black goo, 'dressed' skimpily in hardened patches of what look like latex.

Personality:
Hungry: Even with her desire to absorb restrained by Shizu's influence, the Goo Queen still needs to sate her hunger. While absorbing various creatures has its appeal, and she's going to snack on anything that she can grab without being observed, she is constrained here by her need to remain hidden until she figures out a safe way to reproduce without the risks of human influence spreading through her offspring. So, she instead sates herself with food. A lot of it as she needs to get the bodymass to spawn her minions from somewhere.

Cheerful: Even though Shizu's last day or two was one of darkness and panic (and, to the continued confused shame of the remnants of Shizu's consciousness, not a small amount of pleasure) the teacher's natural optimismand happy go lucky nature has strongly imprinted itself into the Goo Queen.

Cunning: The Goo Queen is entirely aware that she is the last of her kind, and that her kind was far stronger than she is now. The fate of her entire species rests solely on her and while she is able to repopulate her kind and completely dedicated to this, she absolutely can not risk anything that threatens her directly and permanently. If she has to leave to protect herself, or to keep her cover intact, then she absolutely will, no matter what affect this has on others.

Background: Somewhere out in space there was, at least for a while, several worlds that had been absorbed by a rapidly multiply gelatinous creature. it would absorb an creature that it came into contact with and for awhile, was something of a scientific curiosity.
And then it absorbed an intelligent being and the Goo Worlds instantly became fully aware and able to plan.
The population explosion that followed wiped several planets and entire small empires from the face of the galaxy before other, more distant powers banded together to burn the creatures out of existence.
Even when the Goo had absorbed an entire world, forming an entity with the mass of an entire planet, to fight back, they were slowly and methodically wiped out, with only a small fragment left drifting through space until it landed, eventually on Earth in a small pond.

When Shizu Uihara, on one of her late night walks, found a large swan covered in some sort of sticky black substance, her first thought was concern, that the bird had suffered from some sort of pollution accident, and had approached it to help.
in a way, she did indeed provide the help that the creature needed, just not what she had expected. the swan had thrown itself on her the moment she got within reach, battering her with its wings as the slimy good covering it somehow melted away her clothing. Calls for help were quickly muffled by a gooey black tongue down her throat and, after she'd been choked into unconsciousness and moved somewhere safe, the goo proceeded to study this new creature in the only way it was capable of, entering her body with its own and slowly filling her with itself, first examining and then replacing her organs, nerves, bones and skin with itself. Shizu's brain was the last part of her to be absorbed, and then the creature found itself under attack. Although scared and traumatized by what had happened to her - other than when she was moved, Shizu had remained entirely awake and aware up until the very end - somehow her personality persisted inside that of the Goo.
This development was unprecedented and unexpected, and the Goo Queen, for the first time in the history of its kind, had a second voice in its head, one that it couldn't simply ignore.
Shizu's advice helped the Goo Queen slip seamlessly back into her life, protecting itself in this cover, but the creature's lack of experience dealing with an independent mind has made it entirely unaware of how the teacher has been keeping it from going on the rampage it wants to, or from isolating and absorbing other humans as it otherwise would have.

BADGE would immediately act if they knew of it, Shizu had told the Queen to divert her attention away from civilians and this worked.
The Queen needed to deal with this BADGE first, and then it would take its share of the Earth's population and implant them with the eggs that would allow its kind to continue and thrive.

Player Ons and Offs: Ons: Dub/Non Con, tentacles, FxF, MxM, bestiality, impregnation, romance, mind control. Offs: Blood, scat.

Powers and Abilities
Goo Body: Their body is literally just slime. While it can harden into shiny latexy armour, there are no bones to break, blood to spill or organs to damage. Purely physical attacks are not going to accomplish much at all.

Absorption: Much as with Shizu, the Goo Queen can engulf and enter the bodies of other creatures, copying their abilities and knowledge. The longer and deeper the contact, the more of the abilities of the host they can drain, potentially gaining a comprehensive catalogue of stolen powers if they spend enough time in enough people.

Shapeshifting: Lacking an actual defined form of their own, the Goo Queen's physical shape and appearance is entirely under their control. While they typically spend their time in Shizu's form, they are quite capable of incorporating elements from any creature they have absorbed, retaining their full range of powers regardless of form.

Flight: While not too common, the first creature the Goo Queen encountered before claiming Shizu's body was a swan and the Goo Queen spent some time as one. While she has a more generally useful form now, they can still sprout suitably scaled up wings whenever they have a need to.

Birth Monster/Minon: With enough mass and about a day for it to grow inside her, the Goo Queen can birth a lesser goo creature. Incapable of absorbing others and limited to weaker versions of the Queen's absorbed abilities, it can engulf and puppet a human body to act for the Queen, usually hiding beneath the host's body as a tight, latex-looking layer, but capable of rapidly expanding to cover its host's form for combat. its inability to absorb the human that it puppets protects it from being affected by the mind of its host. Weaker, non intelligent attack creatures can be spawned at a much higher rate, but the main drawback of these beings is, naturally, their relative weakness and lack of intelligence.

Skills

Biology: While she has to absorb something to understand it, the Goo Queen's understanding is then extremely comprehensive. The workings of the human (and swan) body are known to her in minute detail.

Physics: Shizu was competent enough in her field to teach, after all, and her knowledge continues on.

Aliens: While most of the Goo Queen's knowledge was lost with her mass, they still retain knowledge gained from various alien species, although these memories are rather incomplete.

Unarmed Combat: While Shizu only ever learned a small amount of self defence, she did know the basics and combined with the Goo Queen's unusual body structure and knowledge of the human body, she is surprisingly effective if pressed into combat.

Advantages

Good Looks: While quite definitely a fully grown woman, Shizu had a youthful cuteness to her that has probably caused a lot of student crushes. With the Goo Queen's abilities, several small imperfections were quietly removed. Not enough to stand out, but people have been giving her a second look since she replaced the original, and none of them were because of suspicion.

Stealthy: The Goo Queen's body is entirely capable of shifting colour and texture to allow her to blend in with her surroundings regardless of what shape she currently wears.

Cover: Shizu was, after all, a real person, and the Goo Queen was able to slip right into the life that she had stolen before anyone could get too worried that something might have happened to er. She has complete and legitimate records, as well as dozens of people who have known her.

Advisor: While she doesn't want anything bad to happen to her students or to humanity in general, what remains of Shizu possesses the same survival instinct as the original and, especially if they are endangered, she can and will give the more instinctive Goo Queen help and advice to ensure that they both continue to live.

Weaknesses

Ditz: While with  the situation is more simply one of inexperience, Shizu was always a little bit of an airhead and that trait seems to have transferred quite fully to the being that absorbed her.

Conflicted: While  the original Goo Queen would never hesitate or refrain from spreading its influence and using the more vulnerable, isolated parts of humanity to rebuild its species, Shizu's influence has been strong enough to steer their attention away from such acts and to actively fight against any thoughts of harming her students.

Weak Mind: As the influences of Shizu's mind have shown, the goo's mind is very weak against anything that can directly affect their thoughts.

Mental Absorption: If a human - and for some reason, only a human - is completely absorbed into the Goo Queen's form, aspects of their personality are also absorbed into them. While additional humans might not leave as large and complete a personality as Shizu did, the teacher has used this as a way to at least slow the Goo Queen's plans to spread over Earth.

Premier

#35
Name: Vanessa De Graff
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Narcissistic Evil Genius
Player Name: Premier

Physical Description: A rather impressive five foot ten, Vanessa keeps herself fit and is often wearing figure hugging suits with pencil skirts. A true business lady from top to toe, she wouldn't be seen dead in any suit that couldn't at least buy a house once she was done with it. Her hair styles range from "Elaborate and pretty" to "Astoundingly elaborate and pretty", she's got money to burn and she wants to look good doing it!

Personality:
Domineering: Vanessa thinks she's better than everyone around her. The idea that someone could be better than her at anything at all is ridiculous, they are simply working in fields she considers beneath her for now. She's always ready to brag about any little thing she goes right for her and to refuse to accept anything that doesn't. She treats her minions absolutely terribly and for the ones who aren't robots this is probably a sore point.

Mania: Contact with Zero Point Energy has left Vanessa completely unhinged, prone to bouts of insane delight and ambition. She'll put an astounding amount of effort into setting up something to show off her intellect, unfortunately these exercises rarely exhibit in anything useful and more the ingenious death trap variety.

Insecure: If you can get past the first two, you'll find that Vanessa's entirely fuelled by a deep inferiority complex. She always wanted to be as smart or strong as her partner Tess and now she thinks she's achieved it. Hasn't she? She must have, she's tried so hard! No no, don't think about it!

Background: Once Vanessa and Tessa worked together in college and they were seen as the wonderkin of their generation. Vanessa graduated a year early and finished her own work on Zero Point energy, a limitless supply of energy tapped from the dark matter of the universe. Unfortunately for Vanessa she wasn't to know that Zero Point Energy is both alive and malevolent, surging through her body and twisting her mind into someone who seeks to become more and more, until the whole world bows to the powers just beyond this one.

She used her newly enhanced intellect to Zuckerburg Tessa Coils, claiming all the work they'd done together as her own and becoming fabulously wealthy off the proceeds. Her face became a household name and she was a role model to women everywhere. But for her it's not about the money and the fame (Okay it's partly about the money and the fame) it's about proving she is the only thing in this universe that matters, the only real intellect, the only thing worthy of unlocking the true powers of Zero Point Energy. She's on a nosedive down a dark path and there's no light in sight yet because the heroes crawling out of the woodwork think they're better than her and she'll show them.

She'll show them all!

Player Ons and Offs: Open to most vanilla stuff and the more regular kinks, tentacles, bondage etc. Drop a PM if you're not sure!

Powers and Abilities

Zero Point Energy: She never sleeps anymore (Which probably doesn't help her mood swings) and her body is well cared for, repairing itself if injured, bleeding eye-watering negative energy until it does. It's also made her fantastically smart, Zero Point Energy so powerful it can help shape her to grant her deepest desires, while amplifying her darker ones. The worlds just lucky she's a bit obsessed with just being better than Tessa, if she ever got more ambitious she could be a near unstoppable terror.

Deathtraps: Her signature. Heroes annoy her so very much, but just killing them doesn't prove anything. Anyone can kill a hero, but for her it's important she utterly defeat them, preferably at their own game. Spikes, Flamethrowers, Admantium Cages, Rockets, Deadly Puzzles, Antimagic Fields, Heatseeking Darts. With lasers on all of them!

Diverse Minions: What form do they take this time? Laser Land Sharks? Flying Blender Bees? Angry Bear Tanks? It all depends on the theme of her latest deathtrap, stay on your toes!

Equipment
Flying Throne: With a bit of an ego, Vanessa's decided the only way to get about is on a flying throne packed to the brim with weaponary. At least when she's not pretending to be a legitimate businesswoman.
Drones: She is smart enough to not face heroes head first, usually communicating through little drones carry screens and speakers. They explode when punched which is very cathartic.

Skills
Public Relations: She knows how to play a crowd and she's happy to go all in on whipping up a mob if needed.
Smarts: Even before Zero Point Energy, Vanessa was a genius rivalled by the likes of Tessa Coils and few others. Her speciality is in theoretical physics, or as she calls it now "Physics"

Advantages
Beautiful: Life's easy when you look this good and Zero Point Energy has only enhanced an already very good baseline. She's not above using it at all.
Rich as all hell: It's practically a power when you're this wealthy! An Underwater Base? A Nuclear Bunker? Abandoned Fairgrounds? A Space Station? These go under "Expenses" right next to "Fun Murder Locations". Don't confuse the two when doing taxes.
A Crack Team of Lawyers: Good luck accusing her of evil, she will sue you to hell and back. Literal hell if she can pull it off.
International Renown: She gets away with it because everyone knows she's a good person. Her PR is absolutely fierce in making sure they know it.

Weaknesses
Bad Boss: She treats her minions so badly that it's often a case of them deciding if they ridiculous paychecks are worth all the casual abuse. Not that she's surprised when they betray her, they are inferior after all.
Bad Loser: When things go wrong for her, she doesn't exactly handle it gracefully. The worse things are going the more mistakes she makes as she tries to hastily correct, eventually ending in a mad self defeating spiral.
Monologuing: She can't help it. It's in her blood.
Overconfidence: Her belief that she is better than everyone often leads her to assume that they can't possibly push themselves beyond what she's observed them doing. Certainly not if it'd mean they're better than her.
Push Over: There's a reason she has minions and likes to taunt the heroes from afar. She just cannot take a punch.

Avalon29

Name: Titaria Queen of the Kaiju
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Leader of the Kaiju
Player Name: Avalon29

Physical Description: Titaria stands at five foot nine inches when shrunken to human size and has dark skin. She’s covered with thick black scales down her back, top of her arms and the lower parts of her leg. She has a long thick tail covered in the same scales and a helmet like construction on her head with a pair of tusks along the side. She has green eyes with flecks of blue and slit pupils with long silver hair. Her teeth are shaped like those of a predator, pointed with slightly elongated canine fangs.

Personality: Zealous, Blunt, Curious
Titaria, Queen of the Kaiju is dedicated to one thing, keeping her people safe and she will do anything to do so. Anybody that threatens them is an enemy who will be eliminated at any cost. She is incredibly dedicated to her cause and willing to do anything for it even if that means putting herself last or on the front line if need be. With the humans being a threat to her people, the planet, and every other lving being she is prepared to eliminate the humans. Nothing will stop her in her task and she is convinced that she is doing the right thing.

Outside of her focus on the protection of her people she is a rather straightforward person most of the time. It’s never hard to guess what’s on her mind although that can be good or bad depending on what’s she’s doing. Direct to a fault, she makes no moves to hide her intention leading her to be surprisingly honest, for a villain anyway.

She is a curious being especially about the outside world and despite everything that’s happened she is still curious about the outside world. What she’s learned makes her view humanity as an enemy but even she has to admit that some of the stuff they’ve made is interesting. If they weren’t a threat to their very existence and life of everything else on the planet she would’ve gone through with making some kind of relationship with them. So while she may enjoy learning about some of these things humans have made she has no qualms with putting them down. Her people’s lives were worth more than few interesting trinkets and technology.

Background: Titaria is the young leader and queen of the kaiju who live on a hidden land mass not far off from Japan and known simply as the Land of the Monsters. There she did her best to lead the other kaiju and ignore the world outside as long as they were left alone. Things unfortunately didn’t stay that way for long. She started visiting the outside world despite council saying that she should not. She disguised and smaller than her full form to keep herself hidden and that was when she found about humans and just what kind of species they were.

Things seemed fine during her first few visits and curious if it was possible to perhaps work out some kind of alliance with the humans her visits continued. She soon discovered however that the humans and the aliens hidden among them thought of their kind. They were no more than beasts to be either exterminated, experimented on, or turning into weapons. She saw countless propaganda about humans destroying her kind and depicting them as monsters, discovered human’s penchant for hunting creatures different than they for sport, the way they treated the planet and most damning of all witnessed what happened when one of her people as well but did not hide. It was the final straw. it was clear now that humans could not be trusted and if they wished to survive they must destroy all the humans and erase their civilization. Not just for them but for all the other creatures and planet as well. She would protect her people, no matter the cost.

Player Ons and Offs: Bisexual and wiling to try anything at least once as long as Titaria can be convinced to sleep with a character for some reason.

Powers and Abilities
•   Size change: Titaria can easily switch between a smaller more humanoid form and her considerably larger Kaiju form and any sizes in between.
•   Super Strength: A combination of her size and genetics makes sure that when Titaria hits it will be hard no matter her size.
•   Scale Armor: Titaria’s scales give her incredibly high durability as well as makes it hard to damage her. Most mundane and modern weapons won’t even scratch her scales.
•    Sonic Roar: One of her biggest weapons. Titaria lets out a powerful roar with such force that it can knock down buildings and decimate just about anything she aims at.
•   Razor scales: Her scales are razer sharp and she has the ability to change their size slightly as well, giving her a powerful weapon when strength alone doesn’t work.
•   Summon Monster: Titaria can summon one of her bodyguards or one of the stronger kaiju who live on her island.
•   Call minions: Titaria is able to bring out some of the smaller creatures that live on the island. Large and powerful enough to defeat normal people but nearly as powerful as a transformed hero or one of the kaiju from the island.

Equipment
Solid hologram disguise: With the technology of her people she’s able to hide her monstrous features and walk among humans as long as she keeps herself human sized at any rate.

Skills
•   Tracking: Titaria is an excellent tracker and something she enjoys doing even at home.
•   Animal Trivia: She knows a surprisingly amount of trivia about animals and has no problem regaling people with them when they’re even somewhat relevant.
•   Wilderness survival: She’s used to surviving in the forest or any other natural environment.

Advantages
•   Animal Instincts: As intelligent as she is she still keeps a deep connection to her primal side, giving her powerful instincts that assist her in detecting things that she might not consciously notice but her subconscious does.
•   Thermal vision: Titaria is a reptilian kaiju and as such can switch between normal and thermal vision at will, making her just as dangerous at night as she is during the day as well.
•   Powerful senses: While her sight is her most powerful sense, the rest of her senses are no slouch either with hearing and smell that are far more acute than most humans
•   Beloved by her people: Titaria is beloved by her people. The odds of convincing any of her minions to turn on her or start infighting among them is almost nil.

Weaknesses
•   Not so much of a problem when she’s home but when in the human world the sheer amount of food she requires to eat can be a hindrance, making it hard to stay in the human world for anything more than a few days.
•   Attention grabber: Once Titaria goes into action and reveals her full form there’s no hiding it from anybody including the military, not that their weapons will be much more than a distraction most of the time.
•   Doesn’t fit in well: Even when disguised as a human she’s not all that good at blending in. Walking through walls like they were door, eating an abnormal amount of food, and heaven help any normal human who tried to grope her.
•   Terrible Liar: Titaria is not good at lying at all. If she doesn’t like you she’ll let you know. When she has a plan it’s probably pretty obvious and not hard to guess.

Steir

Shizu, Vanessa, and Titaria is approved for the Alliance of Villains (badass name pending).

This one got my interest. I'm working on a char! :D

Avalon29

*waves at Annie* Hey Annie! It's been a long time since we were in a game together. It's good to see you again! ^^

SweetSerenade

Name: Puck – Lysander Goodfellow
Age: Early Thirties in appearance as a human, Wibbly wobbly Fae 20’s? 30s? Who knows (When Puck)
Gender: Male
Stereotype: The Original Trickster
Player Name: SweetSerenade

Physical Description: When he is Lysander he stands somewhere around 5’11’’, often in severe business suits – and with a rather calm and detached air about him. He rarely smiles when he’s Lysander, and it’s like night and day when comparing Lysander to Puck. Being ‘human’ isn’t something the Fae likes, but it is essential to ‘the plan’. What’s the plan? Well He’s not telling you!

Puck on the other hand is probably closer to 6’5’’ in his full form, lean and tall and often floating with a bemused look on his features.

Personality:
Do you have any idea who Puck is? Let’s take a page from some mythos and even classic literature. He is a trickster he loves to play pranks, sometimes malicious, sometimes not. But because he has a ‘job’ to do, he's playing a bit more on the ‘bad’ side of things for now. That’s what happens when your ‘contract’ is sold off to the Queen of Air and Darkness. He’s still a playful Jokester, but he will antagonize and belittle till someone loses their shit. He’s also a bit of a lush and loves his alcohol, but he also loves messing around with the love lives of others. (“Did you even READ Shakespeare?!”)

He does follow a creed though, no harm to children or animal – or those that are innocent. He will never directly kill, and will strive to never cause lasting harm to those who have not deserved it.

Lysander is completely opposite in many regards, in the fact that he is a cold and collected Accountant. He is in charge of the finances of BADGE at the location he has been transferred to. He knows how much is spent, where it is spent, and if someone starts messing up – he’s the one that shows up and reminds them that if they cause too much damage their pay will be docked.

Despite seeming a bit like a dick, he can actually be quite understanding of others – and as Lysander he is known to donate most of his own earnings towards a variety of charities. Particularly Wildlife preservation efforts.

He really has a weakness for specific kinds of animals, cats – horses – black dogs…

Background: It would literally take forever to explain Puck’s entire history. To put it simply he is in service to the Royals of the Fae, but most so the Tuatha’De’Dannan. When the balance is to be kept, sometimes it’s a trickster that is needed to keep it. He was placed on the ‘evil’ side for this ‘game’ – in an attempt to cause growth and development within the Heroes. He’s not even really a villain, but he isn’t against playing the part.

Humans are just so fun to fuck with. Literally, and figuratively. Puck absolutely loves playing his pranks, if history has shown anything about his nature. He has hundreds, probably thousands, of children among the fae – and so many bloodlines that have started because of him. Some of his favorites are the tricksters known as Púca. He absolutely loves these wonderful creatures, and sometimes they will visit him.

As Lysander he had a simple life – at least that’s what it shows on paper. The Royals and the Tuatha’De’Dannan prepared him for this awhile ago, what with Morrigan being a foreteller of wars and all that. He ‘grew up’ in a simple human household, and entered into the realm of ‘accounting’. Money was always fascinating, and as a Fae he was always very good with numbers and anything related to all things worth owning.

He entered into BADGE only a few years ago, after getting several clearances to work accounting and budgeting. He’s been working for BADGE for a few years, and was transferred to his current location – when the head of the Accounting Department just up and left work one day.

Player Ons and Offs: Teasing, Orgasm Denial, Oral sex… Just ask questions and I’ll say yes or no. Puck in particular enjoys a good headgame with his sex, and won’t have sex with anything that has a chance of consuming him. He much likes his life, and likes being who/what he is. Also Puck/Lysander will NOT have sex with anyone who is under the age of 24. It’s just too weird for him.

Powers and Abilities
His Minion summon are a creature known as Púca, which are descendants of a sort. They can appear in several styles of form – from white and red fur patterns to black with red eyes. These creatures will often be seen as animals, that can either bring good or back luck based on what they decide.

Charming Influence – He can subtly influence by adding power to his voice, strong wills can resist it, to convince others towards what he wants. Generally he’ll use it to get himself out of trouble by trying to charm someone into brokering a deal. (He loves deals.)

Magic – Well let’s put it like this, he’s a Shapeshifter, he’s a magic user, he's a trickster, he’s a Fae. His magic as a Full-blooded and awakened Fae is essentially only limited by his imagination, and how much sugar he’s had that day. He tends to almost constantly be floating – and just completely working against the law of gravity in all its forms.

‘Wish’ Granting – He can ‘grant’ wishes, just be careful what you wish for – and how you word it. He can gain power by granting wishes of people, so be careful of how you speak around him, because even saying the phrase ‘I wish’ – can cause trouble.

Fourth Wall Breaking – “Yes I can do that, and I will talk to people reading on occasion, and just get used to it. Yes I know it’ll make me look like I’m crazy, but do you think I give a flying goblin ass? If I need to explain this ability more, you should probably just use Google… Or whatever retarded search engine is your favorite.”

Essentially Immortal – Unless cold iron is used, he really can’t truly be killed. But none of you know that.

Shapeshifting! He is the ‘father’ of shapeshifting to some people, and he is literally one of the best you’ll ever find at it. Just ask him, he’ll tell you! “And this can include even parts of my anatomy, or the whole anatomy. Small as a fly or big as a Kaiju!”

Equipment
Zilch, Nadda. Ok one… He’s got an item that looks like a simple golden bracelet when he’s in his human form, that turns into a set of golden bracers when he’s in his Fae form.

Though he does keep his cellphone and anything his ‘human’ self needs.

Skills
He’s a Fae so he’s long lived, has physical benefits like enhanced senses and physical capabilities. Same as his magic and shapeshifting, most of his powers are trained over the ages so they are pretty well rounded.
He knows most human languages in existence, don’t ask him why – he just gets bored. He’s also lived for so long he even knows many languages considered ‘dead’, and knows most every Fae dialect out there.

Advantages
Very Tricky – he uses his wit and sharp tongue to his advantage.
Magical being – he is Fae, good luck messing with him too much.
Shapeshifter – he can be literally whoever he wants. Yes he’s been a woman a few times, but he really does prefer being male.
Highly intelligent and older than dirt – well ok that’s what he says, but really he is quite old – even he’s forgotten.
Magical Contracts – he gains power from them as well as consuming large quantities of sugar.

Weaknesses
Racial Weaknesses:
He cannot Lie, he can speak around – but he cannot directly lie if asked the right question.
He has a weakness to Iron and if bound in chains of it will drop his magic capabilities, if he is stabbed with it he can be more severely damaged.
He finds it very hard to keep himself from trying to make deals and the phrase ‘I wish’ can be dangerous around him.

Geis – He has a Geis on him that disallows him to cause any lasting physical harm to the Heros, he’s not technically a real villain – but he’s also exceptionally powerful and it’s part of the way they keep him limited. The Geis has a weakness that if his own life is at risk he has full access to his magic.

He really really has a weakness for cute fuzzy little animals. Though he doesn’t mind serpents, and he loves a good dragon ride.

#42
I'll be approving Puck, though we need to coordinate closely for plots involving him. ;3c

I'm also moving progress on Black Cosmos down here, because digging through posts takes some time.

  • Wormhole Creation - Black Cosmos has acquired the ability to create portals for traveling from one place to another. He cannot open a portal to locations he is not familiar to and require having seen the place at least once. He can also share this power with other villains of the alliance for their use to exit or enter a location.

Martial Arts - Black Cosmos has primarily practiced karate, but has also learned other forms of martial arts in order to expand and improve his combat skills. He is adept at both unarmed and armed combat and is at par if not better than existing masters of various combat forms of the era.

Advantages

  • Cyberbionic Body - originally a cybernetic body that closely resembles a human body, the entire structure has constantly evolved and enhanced under various upgrades and more recently the influence of the Cybug Lord Heart. This is what makes Black Cosmos stronger, faster, and tougher than even otherworldly beings when it comes to physical traits.
  • Magic Potential - Black Cosmos' magic potential was unlocked during his time fighting against Desolace with the Runic Seasons. While most of his magic started with augmentations he gradually learned more spells. Now with the Desolace Stone he has bottomless access to the dark magic the Desolace leader once wielded.
  • Brilliant Mind - Black Cosmos was gifted with a brilliant intellect during his younger days. While he has not fully utilized this potential to this day, he still manages to display this in forms of cunning and strategy in his ambition for power.
  • Hardened Soul - Black Cosmos has stared at despair in the face on more than one occasion and punched it in the face every single time. There are a few things that would make him waver, but no one knows what they are.

Weaknesses

  • Code of Honor - Black Cosmos still follows principles whenever he steps into action. He would not harm civilians that don't possess any darkness in their hearts (usually children and some elderly). He will fight one-on-one, usually allowing his opponent to strike first.
  • Shred of Humanity - while Black Cosmos claims to have discarded his human side, there still remains part of his belief that mankind can change. Truly virtuous individuals standing up to him may cause him to waver in his actions and display mercy.
  • Debt of Wish - in order to initiate his ambition, Black Cosmos has made a contract with Puck which allows the latter to call in a favor at any time of the Fae's choosing.

SweetSerenade

Totes ok with that! I'll post him in the character thread!

Hey Annie? You might want to join the Discord chat too.

Aw, is it really needed? I prefer to use nothing outside E. :|

Well, it is still a work in progress, but there is my character, so far. She's missing her background and I need to finish her personality. I'll add more skills and advantages later. Any comments, suggestions, etc, would be appreciated. Mainly on her powers, I'm not sure if she's underpowered or overpowered for the game! XD

Ah, I'm not too happy with her alias, but it was the best I could think until now...

Work in Progress

More Pictures (NSFW): 1 - 2 - 3
Name: Sister Rosalia
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Holy Champion of Justice
Alias: the Abbess
Player Name: Annie

Physical Description:
Rosalia have a long dark purple hair and purple eyes. She's 1,70m (5,6 ft) high and weights 63 Kg (138,9 lb). She's a very attractive girl. Her large breasts and wide hips are noticeable even when using the most modest clothes. She's often seen in the attire of her Order (nsfw link): a black nun habit and hood, white thigh highs, black boots and nothing else. The height of the skirt of her habit goes just above her knees. When transformed, her uniform barely resemble one of a nun. It suits her like a second skin and grants her the freedom of movement and protection to use her martial arts prowess.

Personality: Cold, Devoted,
Cold: Rosalia is distant and unsympathetic. She's in a holy mission to purge the world from evil. She can't waste time bonding with other people or practicing charity or forgiveness. Rosalia views the world in black and white (more black than white), never in shades of gray. If someones does something bad, he needs to be punished. It doesn't matter his motives. It doesn't matter if he's genuinely regretful. Evil is evil and can't be relativized. It needs only to be punished.

Devoted: Once she sets a goal, nothing can stop her. She'll do the impossible, if needed, to accomplish her objectives. She'll give her life to protect someone or get some villain stopped for once. Maybe the only situation where Rosalia will change her mind is when she's forced to do something that contradicts her moral compass. Attack an enemy from behind or let an innocent get killed to prevent a villain to escape are good examples of actions she would never do.

Background: a brief background on your character prior to the start of the game. Has your character been actively going about fighting evil in their way? Or has your character been lying low for some reason?

Player Ons and Offs:
Main ons: exhibitionism, blowjob, being submissive.
Main offs: rape (with physical violence), bondage, scat, impregnation.
More details: https://elliquiy.com/forums/index.php?topic=155941.0 (or pm me!)

Transformation Device:
The crucifix of Kushiel - Rosalia always bring it around her neck.

Powers and Abilities
- Blessed senses: Her senses are heightened to the peak of human level, which can help a lot in a fight. She'll read the moves from her enemies more easily and react quicker to them.

- Holy Strength: Rosalia, when transformed, has her strength considerably increased.

- Endurance of the Faithful: The Abbess is capable to sustain injuries that could kill a simple human. She can endure a lot of punishment before being defeated. It also takes longer for her to get tired on any physical effort.

- Holy Blessing: It's impossible for Rosalia, once transformed, to get sick, poisoned or cursed. If she was already suffering from one of these before transforming, she's restored to a normal healthy state. Common injuries still does take its toll on her, though the Abbess is capable to heal faster than a normal human.

- God's Fist: Possibly the most powerful skill that the Abbess does have. It takes some time to prepare this attack, but once she charges her holy power, her hand began to glow and she can throw a single punch with devastating power. This move leaves her really tired and she avoids to use it at all costs. Only the most strong enemies she faced had witnessed this power.

Equipment
- Sacred Gauntlets of Adriel: These are the gauntlets the Abbess use mainly for defense. They're indestructible, perfect to use as a shield to deflect blows from various weapons, magic or even stop bullets (if the Abbess manages to put her hand in the trajectory of the shot).

- Blessed Sabatons of Azrael: These cover for her feet is also indestructible and allows the Abbess to perform some slashing moves.

Skills
- Martial Arts: trained to be a warrior since a child, Rosalia is an amazing martial artist. She mastered a few styles and is very skilled in hand to hand combat.

Advantages
- Catlike balance: Rosalia possess a innately perfect sense of balance. She can do acrobatics with ease and grace.

Weaknesses
- Melee warrior: Rosalia doesn't have any skill or power that let her attack her enemies from a distance. She needs to get close to them to be effective in battle. Very close, since she will use only her fists and legs to attack.

- Almost no social skills: Living most of her life in a monastery, she can be very innocent about the outside world and she lack some social skills. It's hard for her to perceive different social dynamics.

- Moral Compass: Protect the innocent at all costs. Fight with honor. Those are examples of principles followed by Rosalia that could be easily exploited by villains.

JoanieSappho

Ooh, a sexy nun.
Well, my lazy, terrible and slightly lewd angel shall be interesting to play alongside her.
Out of curiosity, as I couldn't find anything about it, is FxF on the table? As I can see Rosalia telling Ann off for being kinda terrible most of the time, and the angel deciding that the Abbess needs to relax. Also, easy access clothing is fun to take advantage off.
No forcing the issue, but perhaps being a little bit aggressively dominant about it all.

Gardsorm

Wow, she's looking to be a badass! I like. o:

Though poor Sil is just gonna grate on her nerves. xD

Avalon29

Happy to see you again too Annie. ^^

The discord isn’t necessary either. Its more to talk ooc and do some  plotting occasionally but it isn’t a must or anything like that.

ff

nice concept, and I see a lot of people I like from the Ecchi Island RP, so, I'm tempted

Looks like we currently have more Heroes than Villains, is that correct? If so I'm inclined towards making a villainess...and having someone capture someone for awhile ::)

Gardsorm

Hey, welcome to the hilarity, ff! Hero or villain, I think you're clear to make whatever, for whatever nefarious deeds purpose you have in mind. o:
