Can stories be dual listed as both Solo/1v1 and Group?

I'm posting something in the Group Roleplays Wanted forum, but if something allows for numerous players that aren't interacting directly with each other (each playing against the DM, effectively​), is it considered Single or Group?  Or perhaps both?  I've posted it under Group for now.

For something like that, if the players aren't directly interacting, but it's in a common setting/storyline, I'd call it a group game.
