"Commencing at the siren, all sex, including rape, will be legal for 12 continuous hours."

"Police, fire and emergency medical services will be unavailable to respond to sexual activities consensual or otherwise until tomorrow morning at 7 am."

Yep, that movie, but intead of horrible murder and political commentary we get sexual assault and forced impregnation smut! Yay! I'd like to see how much if any interest there is in a roleplay in this setting, what characters those interested would want to play, and whatever other information I can get about what people want from a roleplay like this. We might need to come up with a system for resolving conflicts fairly (such as... I don't know... being pinned down by someone trying to rape you while you try to escape.) but I'd like to hear y'alls thoughts on this first.

Hm, I will admit that I am more than a bit interested in this. Probably play a guy, either someone otherwise law abiding who's taking the opportunity to indulge themselves or a 'spider' who brings in people with the promise of safety only to turn on them when they're trapped. Not sure which would work better with what you have in mind

-"Tiger", an unknown man who wears a Tiger themed mask the whole night, a hoodie, and what appears to be modified basketball shorts that automatically apply lube to his shaft when he goes for a rape. Sometimes force feeds his victims fertility drugs. Usually sticking to college co-eds or female college faculty, it is believed that "Tiger" is a male professor at the college that is keeping his identity hidden.

-"Max Holmes", a male pornstar who claims the government has declared it illegal for him to use condoms and that he is allowed rank 10 or higher women. These could be lies for showmanship sake. What is known is that he brings a camera crew with him on pregnancy purge night and live streams his night for the whole world to see.

Yeah, seems like you'd have to do that for the internal logic to make sense. All long-term forms of birth control are illegal, shorter forms like the Pill are illegal during and at least a month before the Purge, condoms are illegal the night of the Purge. "Max" claims it's illegal for him to use condoms all year round, but he's probably lying. :P

I meant that at least I think it would make sense in the setting for contraceptives to be illegal for everyone year round, maybe I should have mentioned this in the original post, but if people disagree we could discuss this.

Well as I think it would depend upon why this purge was set in place for. For example, the movie purge was to cut down on crime by allowing it all for one night.

So was there an illness that killed a large amount of people so now they need to up population? Have birthrates just fallen so low?

I just realized I assumed there was a huge population Crisis in the setting, when it wasn't really stated. Timeskeeper makes a great point here.

I could go with the contagion idea, the birthrate idea would likely need some more plot cushion to it. I mean, if birthrates are that low, we likely have a fertility issue that's become global. A solution like this isn't likely to see results. Maybe if we have some added plot to that it could work, maybe combine the contagion idea. The contagion happened and was largely transmitted sexually afterward for some time, and even though we now have it eradicated, maybe the scare is still too heavy. Or maybe said contagion caused birth problems, women and child dying in pregnancy, but now that have that fixed. Or so they claim, but too few are willing to take the risk.

The mother is always find but the development of the child almost always ended in a miscarriage, premature birth, or still birth. That would drop the birthrate extremely low and even though it had been cured, the population never really recovered.

And I agree that it would depend on how the "purge" is justified. I was just thinking that the "New Founding Fathers" are perverts and there's nothing wrong with the birth rate, so women can get some forms of birth control 10 months of the year. :P
