Success came naturally to the ruggedly handsome doctor Rustle, top of his class, dedicated and determined he was regarded highly amongst his peers, until his wife died in a car accident. devastated by his loss his hours increased dramatically in the hospital, pushing himself to his limits with nothing besides his fierce intense dedication to work. with the exception of his secret vice, a poor young girl with the passing resemblance of his wife is in a coma, every night he would hold her in his arms and weep softly as the memory of his lost love haunted him, it would be 3 years of this devout religious faith of climbing into her bed to hold her. with a family highly connected to politics and power they kept her alive for appearances but never visited.  she was completely alone if not for Rustle, and then one fateful night in the arms of mad rustle.. she wakes up. Rustle consumed by desire forces himself upon her despite her shock and surprise, and armed with his knowledge of health and science he is able to medicate her to stay in what appears as a coma, until the times when he needs to has his ways with her.
