Remote/Online Back Up??

I was just wondering if anyone uses remote or online back up such as Mozy, Intronis eSureIT or IDrive? I've been doing either CD or external hard drive back-ups and then storing them in a fireproof safe, but I'd like to investigate remove back up options. There are so many I just don't know which to choose.

I've also heard that Mac already has this as a feature in the "Mac world" that's out there. I do not have a Mac nor do I want one. I just had to put that out there because some Mac person was bound to inform me of my lackluster life living in my PC world.  :P
