Extreme Desires, looking for dark fantasy roleplay, preferably system

I've reached the point where I think I can safely add another game to my mix, and I've been craving something a little more extreme then my usual. I'm looking for preferably a system game of some sort involving a heroine and her perils. It doesn't have to be the typical "adventurer goes into dungeon" sort of game...I don't mind a detailed plot and the like. What I'm really craving is the possibility for some very taboo stuff. Bestiality is a nice start, but I'm also craving some undead stuff...and I'm not talking "nice stuff like vampires either. I'm also keen on pregnancy play as well. What's the big thrill for me though is uncertainty, which is why I prefer system games. I like the idea that the heroine might win, might avoid getting horribly abused by the baddies. I of course would be the one playing the heroine.
