He would later change his name again to 'Octavian' when he signed on to Caesar's Legion and became a slaver. Eventually he would rise the ranks to Praetorian, he was one of the elite. Little did he expect a simple run to meet with a spy would result in a bullet in the ass and a frag mine leaving him in less than stellar condition. He crawled as far as he could before passing, only to be woken up in a backwards little nowhere called 'Goodsprings' and some Doc after patching him up. Luckily they've been having problems with some local gangers and a Caesar's Legion Praetorian is just the ticket. So for now he's on a leash.

How do you think sex appeal works?  I'd think that the primary factor would be the orientation rather than gender of the target NPC.

So for a female, sex appeal would kick in against gay females and straight guys, and the debuff would kick in against straight girls and gay men.
Against those that consider themselves bi the ability might only have half effect or no effect at all.

If the person would find the character with Sex Appeal attractive then it works beneficially for them, if they wouldn't normally find them attractive then it would work negatively
