Long Forced Hiatus. May I come back?

I was approved a loooong time ago, and was in the very beginning stages of getting RPs started. I don't think I had been here long. Shortly thereafter, I lost my computer to technical difficulties. Yesterday I was able to get it back online. May I return and try to participate in the site again? I can go through the motions of re-applying once more if I need to.
