..you remember when Cracker Jacks actually had cool prizes inside (not the cheap crap they give ya now)... ;P

You remember when Burger King gave out cool shit in their kids meals.. Like note pads, the piccolo, and some stupid straw thing that you blew to make a strofoam ball magically float.

(I don't think mcdonalds had caught onto this yet... But they at least had those "coke spoon" coffee stirers that were good for catapulting crubs with.)

The milkman delivered to the house to a little metal insulated box on the porch. You could leave a note if you wanted something other that the usual delivery. Milk was not homogenized and had cream on the top. Glass bottles with a cardboard cap under foil. Quart bottles, not half gallons as I recall.
In the end, all we have left are memories.

.. you've ever had a grandma put "mercurochrome or merthiolate" on a scrape or cut.  (It was the stuff that stained your skin a bright red-orange color and it stung like a mother!)  ;P
My mom used that stuff on me... :'(

Your parents constantly told you about walking to school because there were no buses.

You can recall when a chocolate bar only cost a quarter.

you've ever bought one of these nostalgic soda pops:

    Crush
    Nesbitt's Orange Soda
    NuGrape Soda
    Fanta
    Nehi (Orange, Peach, Grape)
    Shasta (many flavors)
    Slice
    Mello Yellow
    Tab

(Bold are the ones I specifically remember)
