There have been some questions about things, I will answer:

Age: Any age is appropriate, of course, the Queen might 'de-age' an older lady into someone who's a bit more in their prime (20s). 18+ is preferred, but other then that, as long as it conforms to Elliquiy rules, go nuts.

Kids aren't allowed inside the palace proper, but there can be a sort of 'daycare' like area if they're needed.

Time Period: Modern day, with magic and tech both being responsible for our advances-so your cell phone has a magical device that can boost its signal and never hit a dead spot, and also has a magic battery chargeable with electricity or magic. Things like that, think "Technology with magical boosts".

To answer this a little more indepth, standard fantasy races exist, magic is out there, but most people simply use magically-enhanced tech, only a handful of people actually study magic in depth.

Also, this'll go into Extreme simply due to the transformation and possibility of extreme kinks, but the Queen has a very strict policy of "everything must be consensual". Should a person cry out in fear or shout the palace accepted safeword "Grapefruit", the Queen's very powerful guards will immediately come running to put a stop to it. Even the Queen will respect a guest's wishes, though she can tell when a lady is simply hesitant and when a lady is outright refusing.
