Hello!

I've had an idea swirling around in my head lately, and I think it's time I made it reality. It isn't a complete idea, however, so I'm going to need a little help. From you! Because you're awesome.




A mother and her daughter are on vacation, someplace romantic. Paris comes to mind, or maybe Venice, or some tiny, perfect Greek island or . . . You get the idea! The bottom line is that it's just the two of them, in a place where someone might mistake them for a couple. Which is exactly what happens. While they're out having dinner one late evening, or at a museum, or something like that, a stranger comments on what a cute couple they are.

Under normal circumstances, they might've blushed a little and explained that they weren't. But mother and daughter are close enough not to be embarrassed by it - and they've more than likely had at least a bit of wine, so they decide to play along. Maybe they sit down with this stranger and chat, and tell lies about how they met, honeymoon, you know, whatever is fun. There's nothing creepy about the stranger, though, or about the conversation, or . . . any of it.

What happens next is really up in the air. Maybe this stranger invites them out again, and they have to keep up the pretense. Maybe they just enjoy pretending. Whatever we decide on, the essential thing is that they keep pretending, and very slowly push it further and further.



And there you have it, the very basics of my idea. These are the essential themes, and basically everything else can be adjusted as you like.

Now, unlike how my ideas usually are, this is not an idea that will necessarily turn sexual right away. Unless, maybe, it's with other people? I do want it to, though. And that's going to be the tricky part. Because more than I know what I want this idea to be, I don't know what I don't want it to be. Which is another porn-style plot that brushes over the conflicting emotions and real taboo of the entire situation.
