The New World Order (in need of Oligarchs and angels)

The year is 4080, Armageddon (2030 A.D.) has reduced the Earth’s population by two-thirds. Nuclear bombs devastated the globe and what war did not kill, mega-quakes and fallout did. It took mankind ages to develop any semblance of a recognizable society again but with help from the surprising and underestimated victor of the apocalypse, Lucifer and his Legion, the world begins to take shape anew and in his image. His apparent victory over God has allowed him to manifest into the world along with all sorts of dark creatures.

The defeat caused myriads of angels to fall only to be killed or to go into hiding, the rest were thrown into Tartarus and are waiting to be judged by Lucifer whenever he gets around to it.

Nations as we know it now are obsolete; all states recognize a single, global authority under the law of ‘Do as Thou Wilt’. Demons take the lead in business, science and medicine to help fulfill their promises to the ‘Oligarch’, the only class of humans to be shown extreme favor by the demons. These are the elite, the moguls, and the famous. What makes them special is their bloodlines, these are the living family members of the individuals, political, religious or otherwise that made the ushering in of Armageddon possible.

Not everywhere is a utopia however, outside and in between the boundaries of the mega-metropolises are hardworking farmers and common people known as ‘specks’ who live in poverty but are appeased by entertainment, sex, family and drugs. Public executions are rare but not uncommon in the ‘outskirts’. If someone is caught planning a revolt they are flayed and sacrificed to Lucifer and their body left to rot for all to smell and see.

For the last century and to the dismay of Legion there have been angel sightings and forbidden stories of evolved humans that walk among humanity, giving silent hope to the specks and giving the oligarchs something to laugh about. But the stories are true and evolutionary balance is beginning to fight back against the darkness by means of gifted humans.

* Demons and angels can live indefinitely unless mortally wounded.
* Oligarchs must be given a yearly injection of serum for no less than ten years in order to become immortal (can still die if injured severely enough). During the ten years they are given to a demon to serve.
* Publicly, the demons have advanced to A.I. and life regeneration for the humans (the oligarchs). Demon industry and scientific ambition have left this part of the world wide open, they may have discovered secret technology already but hide it from the world. Or they may be using their technology against the commoners in some way. Farmers would have no legal access to firearms, being reduced to create their own weapons. The elite have access to pretty much anything.
* Demon/human ratio...30/70.
* 6 million specks, 12,000 Oligarchs
* A typical human (non-Oligarchs) would live in one of six farming colonies (Lyra, Eradanus, Vesta, Pomona, Ceres or Tyche) with no less than three large scale state run industrial farms, the product of which goes straight to the metropolis’s (Dion short for Dionysus, Hera and Artemis, located respectively in the center of Lyra, Eradanus, and Pomona.) A normal day may be working on the farm or visiting demon run businesses. Money is not accepted but trade is. Entertainment may come from a a traveling circus courageous or stupid enough to brave the ‘in-betweens’ or there’s always public executions or the fights. There may even be a black market in the colonies and it goes without saying that people go missing from time to time. Demons would take great pains in making sure the population stays roughly the same.
* Common Demon Jobs: Military, law enforcement, Medical, science, technology, business owner, black market, etc.
* The catacombs are a network of caves and chambers that span at least 3 colonies and one metropolis. With perilous and labyrinth-like dead ends, it had taken much fortitude to explore over the centuries what they had found but the intelligence had definitely been worth it, exploration is ongoing.
* There are would be registry’s of every citizen and random inspections to make sure that no one is hiding any newborns that have failed to be registered. At times there are purges to keep the population down in the colonies.


((This game will be a free-for-all rp that means there is a command structure but no specific species is innately more powerful than another.  Some might be more powerful based off of age or skill but based off of RP it is still possible for a human/meta-human to kill another supernatural.  Further, in this game you can be whatever character you want: demon, angel, vampire, witch, oligarch, nephilim, human (gifted or not), werewolf or, pending approval something of your own creation. I am new to world building so feedback is appreciated.))

I'm tempted to make a succubus gal for this.  Only question I have is if everyone here would be alright with a demon able to go futa at will.

I'm fairly busy with a couple of group games I'm hoping to get going, (at least my Castlevania one), as well as a D&D 5e game, but I'm genuinely curious about this since the premise seems sound overall.  Not sure if my gal would be EVIL as such, but that'll really depend on the people around her I suppose.  We'll see, but I like this idea if nothing else.  ;D  If you don't mind a slightly slower pace from some people, I'd be willing to give this a shot.

My only other question is if you're expecting anything in particular as far as characters and such are concerned.  Not only that, but what's the power scale gonna be like?  Super powerful demons or just your average run of the mill jerks?  :P

I’m not sure how fast posting will be but futa’s are welcome. Not sure about power scale but if it helps to know mc’s power is going to be this....The ability to toss someone’s consciousness into a dark dimension where they are faced with there own mortality and nothingness. Victim walks away changed, psychologically and emotionally affected. Eye contact must be made plus conscious intention on mc’s part for ability to work.  Don’t know if that helps or not. Demons are usually jerks but I hope the game to inspire character development and gray areas. Also, first come first served for Lucifer.

Occupation:  Runs a high class brothel and escort service simply called Elysium
Allegiance:  Lucifer/Pro-Demon
Race type/Class:  Succubus, (rogue/assassin)
Abilities:  Charming - All succubi and incubi are charming to the extreme, due to a combination of their natural allure as seductive individuals, charismatic, but they couple that with their Hellish abilities to be unnaturally attractive to anyone they come into contact with.  They're also quite good at discovering what people secretly desire, affected only by how long they're able to be in another's company.  While it has to be tied to their sexual desires, it's amazing what information people will divulge when they're 'happy', wrapped in the arms of a consummate lover and 'companion', never realizing the danger they're in until their throats are ripped open or slit, depending on the demon's preference.  Ziva prefers not to make a mess whenever she has to kill someone, but she's not shy about it either.

Transformation - All demons of her type are able to transform.  Ziva prefers to keep to female forms, anything from her winged form to any attractive woman she's ever spent time with or has at least seen in some medium or another.  She has a preference for women of color or exotic ethnicity rather than your typical Caucasian.  Still, she has a demon form, same as any, that's just as alluring as any mortal, human woman could ever imagine.  Whatever the case, Ziva always looks her best, even when she's covered in blood and cum, which is rare and far between since she's a bit vain about her appearance despite her ability to shapeshift as she desires.

Draining Embrace - Like all succubi and incubi, Ziva is able to drain away the souls from those she couples with.  She doesn't necessarily need to kiss someone on the mouth either, simply having sex with them is more than enough to do it.  Still, while the soul can recover, just as someone's blood supply can when bitten by a vampire, the damage done to a soul is harder to heal from.  While she has no problem draining someone to death, leaving them a dried up, desiccated husk, cleaning up the mess is too troublesome to make it worth regularly dropping people.  That and she's heard enough 'death by snu snu' jokes to last her until the next Apocalypse.  Whatever the case, any injuries she's sustained are quick to regenerate and heal without a scar to show for her trouble, which she very much prefers in all honesty given her slight vanity.  Even serious injuries are a thing that only inconveniences her once she has a fresh 'charge' of soul energy to draw from.
History:  She was a little over three centuries old when Lucifer had finally put humanity to the sword.  Despite her loyalties to the Morningstar, Ziva, as she calls herself now, wasn't a fan.  Oh she fully agreed with Lucifer's stance that humanity couldn't be trusted with its own rule, not with the amount of damage they'd done to themselves and those around them for as far back as the Garden of Eden, but she wasn't about the general cruelty and depravity many of her fellow demons seemed to enjoy.  She was a far gentler hand than most, but that wasn't to say she was against killing those that crossed her or those she was sent against.  It helped that she had always had a knack for killing from the shadows, although most people always remembered her passing through a crowd since she preferred to blend in rather than skulking about rooftops in the dead of night.  When it came time to kill her assigned targets, she employed her 'feminine wiles', seducing her targets before revealing what she was to them.  Most victims, unsurprisingly, never put up a fight.  Those few that managed to resist her unnatural charm and allure found a knife in their throat as she smothered their dying screams with a kiss, her forked tongue drinking up what bits of their soul she could steal before they bled out.  As such, while her reputation as an assassin that preferred to seduce her targets rather than simply killing them as most would has followed her around to this new world's rule, Ziva has a moral code, that's persisted to this day.  If the target had a family, she always left those that were most affected, husbands, wives, close brothers or sisters, etc, with enough money to cover funeral costs and the like once the world had settled a bit from all the wars and bloodshed that followed the hostile takeover by Hell's vast legions.  She was a demon, but that didn't mean she was heartless, and there'd been far more than enough suffering in the world as it was.  The other defining quality those that work under her now, know that she cares about her people, regardless if they're patrons to her club she's taken to calling Elysium, human 'merchandise', slaves bound to the demon's service as high class escorts, or the actual demons and monsters that liked playing the same role by their own choice.  Whatever the case, those who make the mistake of harming her slaves or staff always end up with a dagger in their back before she takes her time in dismembering them, sometimes while she's literally fucking them to death if she's feeling particularly vindictive and/or hungry enough.  Most times though she's content to just slit their throat and be done with it.  As for her loyalties, just because she's happy to serve Lucifer doesn't mean she won't help those that she likes enough, regardless if they're on her side or not.  She simply asks that any politics they hold true to are kept at her door as much as possible.

Looks good Vergil. As for the factions/allegiances, you can be pro demon, new world order or pro-revolution/angels and gifted. You could also be a demon or oligarch who simply owns said brothel. Did that answer the question? Also, if anyone has any suggestions I’m open. I’m working on my own character at the moment as well as an approved character page. Also I added the CS to the main post thank you for mentioning that.
