All Jedi 1 to 20 Campaign [SWSE] - BDSM Exotic SLGBTQ

G'Day folks, just a quick interest check to see if anyone was interested in a long term Star Wars Saga Edition campaign.  It will be set during the EU New Republic Era, with a band of students from Luke's Yavin 4 Academy going to investigate troubling visions of an ancient evil.

Character Builds
28 Point Buy for attributes
Any New Republic Era race, except Yuuzhan Vong
Jedi 1 - you may choose any non-PrC talent you meet the prerequisites for instead of a Jedi talent
Any Background and I will also pick a Destiny for each character
Max starting credits (1200), plus Wealth (if applicable)
Choose one of the following options for your starting lightsaber:
+lightsaber/lightsaber (duelling) and lightfoil (modern)/lightsaber (short);
+lightfoil (modern)/lightsaber (short) and lightfoil (modern)/lightsaber (short) and 500 bonus credits;
+lightsaber (cross-guard)/lightsaber (pike) and 1500 bonus credits;
+lightsaber (long-handle) and 1000 bonus credits; or
+lightsaber (great)/lightwhip and 500 bonus credits

Armour Changes
Armour and cover-based Reflex bonuses now provide 'Situational DR' which stacks with other sources of DR and provides SDR equal to the former Reflex defence bonus.  Armoured Defence and Armour Mastery (Imperial Knight) now instead doubles the SDR bonus from armour; and the Improved Armoured Defence talent is no longer available.

I have no idea what I would be doing for making a character but this is something that I feel could appeal to me. Mostly because I have almost zero knowledge of any systems outside of Pathfinder and microlite d20.

I assume this uses a star wars rp system of some kind, so would anyone have the ability to point me in the right direction for the rulebooks and how to make characters?

Star Wars Saga Edition is a d20 System RPG, sort of a half-way between Pathfinder and D&D 4th; you've never been able to purchase digital copies and most can't afford to invest $400 like me to grab all 14 books, but they do commonly appear of P2P networks :)

I have two characters brewing, based on the answer to the first question, because obviously padawans need a baby sitter......

Yes, WotC released two and a half versions: first there was Star Wars d20; followed by a number of Star Wars d20 Revised Edition books, similar to what happened with D&D 3rd/3.5 Edition; and then there was Star Wars Saga Edition, which was a 'mechanically' new version (they reused some of the art and flavour text), which is also notable for having square shaped books instead of the common A4 shape, this is the edition used for the campaign.

Long answer short, if the book's has an almost square shape you've got the right edition :)

That would be a yes to your first question; the second is also yes, as you'll be at a huge risk of death otherwise, unless you play a droid...; and as for shoto, as in the short lightsaber and the guard shoto, yes to the former and no to the latter (it's just too expensive).

Welp... I had age of rebellion so obviously not the edition you're planning on using. I am working on getting a copy of the saga edition though!  So being rule blind, and mostly having played star wars video games is there anything in particular not allowed? 

Can jedi use the dark side or is it very much do not touch unless NPC?

I see there's a knights of the old republic expansion. Is it possible to get things from there or has to much time passed?

Anyone who's Force Sensitive can use the Dark Side... you do accumulate Dark Side Points for it, which in some games result in your character becoming an NPC villain, but in this campaign how far you've fallen to the Dark Side will effect the plot's progression instead.

The supplements not only contain stuff relevant to that Era, but also a lot of new general rules, so unless it's something impossible to find in the New Republic Era, such as an undiscovered/extinct race, most content from all supplements is allowed.

While the turn into villain thing stinks I'll keep it in mind. I'm just fond of force lightning due to the games.

Think about the Jedi...  extreme orgasm control, forced celibacy the who thing is a sadistic power exchange cult.  Masters and students (who are virtual slaves) who eventually rise to be masters with their own slaves.....

Well remember that this is Luke's Yavin 4 Academy, so love and sex isn't outlawed, so they might incorporate all sorts of sexual techniques :D

Hmm, any pointers on how to make what would essentially be a paladin from pathfinder? That is pretty much my comfort zone so if I could stick with it, all the better.

The Jedi is already a good starting point as a class overall, but specifics would help me point out build options for you :)

Are you talking a warrior Paladin, the defender Paladin or the evil hunter Paladin?

There are a lot of ways to go with the character
