I love cats. They are the only animals that live, that are allowed to live, both among humans and to walk free, even to trespass on other peoples properties. We think we domesticated them; cats probably think they domesticated us humans. Can't tame a cat, only befriend it, and the only way we know they still like us is when they return to our door. Given humanitys record for dealing with nonhumans, they are an anachronism.

It is going pretty well. :) I had a really nice lunch out and got a new headset, so I can watch movies late at night more easily and all now (without having to go into the cold spare room).

Yeah. :) I'm an Aussie and I've found them to be good animals. Tolerant of people .. when they were in captivity. Inquisitive and curious.

Despite having never seen one up close i have got to say i've got nothing against them, or any animal for that matter.

The next person can't function properly in a morning without a cup of tea or a coffee.

I can actually function just fine, but have enjoyed the company of some coffee as of late in the morning. But since I have been waking up in the afternoons lately, I haven't needed it as much.

I will guess that the next person has trouble sleeping?

Sometimes.. I get about 5 hours or less, a night.  Sleeping for more than 6 is amazing!
