I saw this idea and thought it was cute,

If you have young kids take them out and "plant" jelly beans in the ground, then while they are asleep that night stick big colorful suckers in the ground where you planted the jelly beans like they grew...

any more ideas feel free to post.

Get mini-glow sticks and those hollow plastic eggs.  Turn out the lights and go egg-hunting!
