Crashing Flash

Okay I updated Mozilla Firefox latest. Now my Flash keeps crashing, several times a day, and freezes the page I am on. All sites, not just here. I went to Firefox help, it said uninstall new flash, reinstall older version.
Did that,
then today I tried to add a new video, error message: Install new flash- did, now everything is crashing again. Help?
