Problem with the clock (time setting)

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain, I'm also not to sure if I should be posting this on here or not, but here goes :)
It's just the time settings on my account, its at least 4+ hours behind my actual time,
My time region should be set for London, and I'm not entirely sure what time setting it has turned out to be :S
If you could help me or advice me in anyway that would be great! :)
