I saw a green triangular ! blot on a thread recently, with the word 'Watched' next to it.  What's this?  *pokes at shiny new thing*  *bats at it*

It's solely for staff reference; we use it for people that seem like they might need a little help in the future, or who have needed direction in the past so we can keep an eye out for any further guidance needed.
