Evening folks...thought I would share a great de-stress tool I have. Also good for muscle aches

Hope this is in the appropriate area

Fill the bath with hot water (as much as you can stand)
- 2 Cup Epsom Salts
- 1 Cup Baking Powder
- 10 drops of Lavender oil

Soak for 20 minutes and work up a sweat

Then get out and wrap yourself in towels for another twenty minutes

This help get rid of alot of toxins in your body.

Precautions:

Make sure you drink at least a liter of water before during or after the bath as you will sweat alot. If you have abnormally high or low blood pressure this is not recommended for you. Also make sure you can lay down for a while after. The next day you may feel a bit sore throughout your body and fatigued, this is normal.

I usually use Epsom salts, never thought about putting in Lavender oil. Nice touch....but what does the baking powder do????

Thank's...I'm going to give it a try!!!!
He looks at me and my heart starts skipping beats, my face starts to glow and my eyes start to twinkle.
Imagine what he would do to me if he smiled!

Smile... it's the second best thing to do with your lips.
