Alice works as a nurse in an insane asylum.  During a thunderstorm the power goes out and somehow the prisoners take over.  They sedate the orderlies and doctors and place them in straight jackets.  Alice is sedated and taken for other reasons and used by the inmates.

Just a rough idea.  Please pm if interested and have ideas to add.
