Secret of Survival - Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

Being a fan of the Nostalgia Critic, I was informed of the existence of this excellent musical sequence (from the 1996 The Wind in the Willows/Mr. Toad's Wild Ride) just yesterday on his list of "The Top 11 Villain Songs". However, he implies that the rest of the film is sub-par. I was wondering, has anyone else seen the movie? Is it worth a watch? And, if it isn't, how did they manage to screw up a movie starring Terry Jones & Eric Idle and cameoing John Cleese, Stephen Fry, and Michael Palin?
