New replies not showing up

Several times in the last few weeks, new replies to my posts have failed to show up in the "Show new replies to your posts" list.  I've been relying heavily on this feature, so its failure is rather problematic.

The join is bugged all to hell. Might I suggest using My Topics and notify instead? It's a lot more reliable.
