Description: He was born in England, so he still has a hint of a British accent. Standing at 6'3, he is of above average build thanks to his background in the military. He has grey eyes and dark blonde hair, usually kept cut short.
Crime pardoned: Debt, First Degree Murder
Character sexuality: heterosexual

Character personality: Chris has become a very quite person, usually not speaking unless directly addressed. That being said, he has an acute sense of right and wrong, and his willingness to act upon injustices when he sees them has gotten his into trouble before. He won't swing first, but he can put up a good fight with almost anyone.

Character's earth background: Chris Ryan was born the youngest of three sons in the sprawl of suburbs surrounding London, England. He was raised as a normal middle class child, his father owning a local restaurant. Though he knew the doors to the family business would always be open to him, Chris felt that his calling was something else. He quickly discovered that the military was what he wanted. However, he did not feel that his nation's military suited him. So, after dropping out of community college, he moved to the United States and joined the Army as soon as possible.

He served for three relatively uneventful years in the army before he was recommended to the Marines, an offer he quickly accepted. It was there that he was wounded in the battle of Kuwait (essentially a second gulf war) and sent back stateside. He survived his wounds, but was diagnosed with PTSD and denied another tour. He quickly realized that he had no idea what to do with his life now that he was out of the Army.
His veteran benefits barely covering the costs of food, Chris took a chance and went gambling. He had always been the best poker player when he would play with his fellow soldiers, and he figured he would be able to quit whenever he felt like he was loosing. What he didn't know was that he was naturally very susceptible to a gambling addiction, something that hadn't been a problem in the very disciplined armed forces.

On that fateful night, Chris set out for a local Casino, trying to at least win a few hundred dollars to pay rent. He quickly did, so quickly that he figured he might as well stick around for a few more hands. Soon, he ended up loosing the money he had won. Chris figured he should just stick around until he won that money back, and leave. By the end of the night, he was almost ten thousand dollars in debt.
His bank account quickly froze, and Chris figured he would be out on the streets in no time. However, the recent laws reinstating debtor's prison in the United States were unknown to him, so he was surprised when just three days later he was arrested and thrown in the county jail, sentenced with one year of debtor's prison.

He found that the overcrowded facility was nearly completely controlled by the local drug lords. They perceived this ex-marine as a possible ally, given his advanced combat training. However, when he refused an offer from the cartel, their attitudes quickly shifted, and they began to see him as a threat to their control. When Chris saved a fellow inmate from being beaten to death by one of the Cartel's thugs, they knew Chris Ryan had to die. However, they also knew that none of their men were capable of killing him, so they had to get more creative.

Three months into his sentence, Chris Ryan was detained and put on trial for the alleged murder of one of the guards in his cell block. He had an alibi, but no other inmate was willing to testify in his favor. So, he was transferred to a federal penitentiary and slapped with a forty year sentence, parole possible only after twenty.
It was then that he heard about the Exodus initiative. It seemed like a good idea to the ex-marine, especially since he saw no future for himself, even after he got out of jail. So, he volunteered for the project.
Character skill set: Having only fully earned a high school diploma, Chris isn't that smart in terms of math or other "academic" subjects. However, he is very skilled in the tactics taught to him both in the army and the marines. In addition, he has extensive training in both melee and hand to hand combat, though his memory on these subjects has faded with time.

Description: 5ft8 165lb She may be slight in size but don't let her looks fool you. She is pretty fit and strong for her
deceptive frame, afterall look at what she was incarcerated for.

Crime pardoned: Patricide - First degree murder, On death row.

Character sexuality: Bisexual 

Character personality: She is not one to talk much, it is what kept her out of trouble with the lifers on death row, however she will find a way to do what must be done to benefit herself. If shed must work with others, A. Don't expect her to talk much and B. Do not ask questions about her past its not something she takes kindly to.

Character's earth background:

Being born the oldest meant Atria Alexandria wore the brunt of an extreme dysfunctional family, she didn't know when he started but her father was messing around with her from a very young age, taking her innocence not to mention her trust in adults with him. She endured it for years until her mother returned from the hospital with her baby sister.When she was just a wee babe his attention turned to her as she was more innocent now than Atria. Big sis was fuming, not because she lost his attention, she was glad to be rid of it. But even at such a young age she knew her father was a tyrant. But Atria knew she would have to protect her younger sister from the habitual raping by their father. And she longed for the day she could keep her unspoken promise to keep her baby sister safe.

2015 When she was 20 her father still taking what he wanted from her Little sis all of 16 she finally snapped, raced to the kitchen and took the sharpest carving knife and bolted from the kitchen to the old mans room where she deliberately threw the knife hard over his head as it slammed into the wall. He glared at her screaming she had no aim and 'missed' little knowing that's what she wanted, with her face so calm, she rarely thought would she back down if it came to it, no she convinced herself, she would have the nerve to do what she did next. Her lithe yet deceptive frame leaped into action as she moved swiftly to the bed and shoved her sister off and straddled the old man. He was beginning to show fear as she just smiled manically to him and she Lent over him and slowly pulled the knife out of the wall and he began his struggling. She scoffed at him that he was no father but an everyday pedo. She powerfully struck him in the head two or three times before raising her hand and stabbing the bastard in the neck. She just sat there on him watching him bleed out as he tried to reach for the phone she tossed it away.... "You reap what you sow dear father" She hissed the last thing he heard before seeing his face show no life. She turned to her sis and asked for an hours head start before she called the police which she did.

Atria took some food from the kitchen and then she ran. She knew she would be in for the long haul but she had to find someone she trusted to look after her sister and somewhere to crash on top and it was rough because 2 years later they showed her face on the tubes. She was being sought after for murder and thou she dreaded this day, by now she had everything set and had to see her sister as soon as she could but she didn't know that the police were called in and the place got raided and she was taken into custody.

The trial was totally circumstantial and the jury did not care for the fact the father was abusing his children. Atria was old enough to know murder even patricide was severely punishable. The jury took just 4 hours to return a guilty verdict the sentence. 25 - life. Thou her dramas did not end there. After settling in to a long incarceration she Lent the daily grind of the prison she was in. one day after lock down she found stuff of hers was missing. It seemed like the disrespect her father had all over again, worse she knew who did it as it had happened more than once already. Devising a makeshift shiv out of an old toothbrush she ground it on the cement floor til it was nice and sharp, next she bribed an inmate with cigs to lure the bitch to the shower block where without hesitation she sneered and lunged at the woman stabbing her in the chest neck and a couple of arteries for good measure, thus ending her miserable life. Another trial another sentence being raised from 25 - life to execution. She was on death row for a little over a year and for the last time visited with her sister where she told her that she was volunteering to go to Eden. The two had a disagreement but Ciera knew Atria would do as she pleased. Atria figures anything would be better than death.

After final farewells she was taken to the Guvs office and had the program explained to her. She did not hesitate in signing off, if it meant seeing the backs of all the would be asses. She had little time to settle things with her cell mate before she and 19 others were herded into a prison transport veichle with the windows blacked out. "for fucks sake why do it when we aren't coming back" she hissed and she just sat there til the trip ended and she got out with the other inmates and was again herded into a huge hall where everyone was told to fill up and fill up all did before the real degradation begun


Character skill set: Stamina. Agility. Dexterous. Strength. Again do not let her seemingly fragile frame deceive you she has the capacity to inflict serious harm if she feels the need. And she just did get off death row.

Alessandro is a tall man, standing at six feet even. His build is the most intimidating factor of him, weighing nearly two hundred pounds of sheer muscle. He possesses various tattoos along his body, mainly acquired after his service within the military. He often keeps his blonde hair cut short and can usually be found with a bit of a scruff of golden hair upon his face; although he has been known to shave from time to time. He has light blue eyes and several scars upon his body that were earned through service or time within prison.

Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Alessandro takes on the role as the 'perfect citizen', 'role model' for others to follow. This is always seen on the outside, often joking along and wearing a smile within groups of people as buddy-buddy as possible. There has been foul rumors that surface, most disregarded as small talk, but there is truth. A darker factor that most people do not see of him, only his victims. Alessandro is a monster, one who sometimes exhibits his nature upon unlucky souls that end up completely alone with him and at his mercy. He is also unafraid to make a stand, assuming if someone else wants to attempt to exhibit or throw around their weight around him. He will not shy in the use of force, even that of lethal, if necessary to quell a potential problem or threat his safety or the overall safety and conditioning to the group as a whole.

Military Training: CQC - Alessandro is well verse enough in unarmed combat to hold his own. He knows different take down techniques and even a variety of submissive holds along with disarming.
Military Training: Marksman - Doubt it will play much out here, probably firearms will never be introduced.
Military Training: Outdoor Survival - How much this may factor with a different planet is something else, although he has receive training of how to make due with all but a combat knife out in the wild.
Military Training: Improvising: - The use of other items or terrain. Now, he doesn't know every possible combination for ideal outcome, but one thing has always been for certain. One must always keep an open mind to what they have at their disposal, be it on their person or within reach or on someone else.
Physical: Strength - He is built and possesses plenty of muscle to throw other people's weights around.
Physical: Endurance/Stamina - He keeps his body in peak shape, despite his years of imprisonment and even now afterwards in this new world, he continues to exercise. He can go longer without tiring compared to the average John or Jane Doe.
