Question about [img size=*]

When you resize an image , it will go back to its original size when clicked. When using an image as a link, is there a way to prevent this happening, without physically resizing the original image? this is mostly important for my signature..

Images for signatures need to be uploaded to the wiki.  Follow the instructions in this tutorial.

They are, smiles.. Im just trying to prevent them reverting to there original size when clicked.

There's no way to prevent that from happening, no.

You'd probably be better off resizing it and re-uploading it, anyway - right now, your images are a bit pixelated.

Realy? strange, they look fine on my box... what explorer are you using to see if i can route that out...

I'm using a Firefox browser.



It's not the images themselves that are pixelated - only the resized images are, because you're resizing them from 500+ pixels to about 100px. A couple of them are fine, but right now it looks like a combination of bad resizing and too much sharpening.

Thats really weird, I see what your talking about.. but cant seem to reproduce it... there all vector generated PNGs .. im wondering if others are having this problem... This is why i need a test machine that has old codex, and a slow gpu...

Never mind got it to reproduce in Firefox.. after turrning off a plugin.

*shrugs* Like I said, the solution is simple - just re-upload the images into the same files in the wiki in the size that you want them as.
