My defence:

I work from home.
Most of my work is on the PC.
As I work from home, I work at all times of the day or night.
I have Elliquiy up most of time while I am working and it is a good mind distraction while I work.
and most importantly
I enjoy Ellquiy and have made some very good friends here.
