Wizard's has released some major revisions for the Player's Handbook and Monster Manual, today... looks like they're making some pretty important changes.

I didn't know Kongming was actually Yondalla. >_> April Fools!

Hehehe, awesome.  Happy April Fool's Day from Wizard's!

QuotePage 108 – The Nine Alignments [Substitution]
Names like “Lawful Good” and “Chaotic Neutral” are so generic and boring. Strike all alignment names and replace accordingly:
Lawful Good: Superman
Neutral Good: Picard
Chaotic Good: Indiana
Lawful Neutral: Adama
Neutral: Unaligned (you’re still boring)
Chaotic Neutral: Jayne
Lawful Evil: Vader
Neutral Evil: Bender
Chaotic Evil: Mearls
+
New Alignment: Batman

This could actually work.

Hunter

QuoteUnder “Light armor,” add:
Chainmail Bikini/Mankini
Cost: 50 gp
Armor/Shield Bonus: +3
Maximum Dex Bonus: +6
Armor Check Penalty: -1
Arcane Spell Failure 10%
30-Foot Speed: 30 ft.
20-Foot Speed: 20 ft.
Weight: 5 lbs.
Special: Chafe (1 damage/day)

Nice.

Vekseid

That makes a mithril version have no Spell Failure chance! Awesome.

Jeramiahh

Actually, come to think of it, I'm gonna yoink that chainmail bikini for future usage. >_>

It is actually useful (aside from the chafe damage) so I wouldn't be surprised to see it start appearing.

I'm who in the what now? Was Yondalla the author of the article, and you're pointing out that a remarkable number of those are the kind of stupid things I'd put in as a joke/seriously?

Oh, and I have seen a chart with quotes and pictures (comic scans, movie/TV show screencaps etc) that show how Batman can easily qualify for any alignment. The Chaotic Evil one showed him kicking a guy who was about to eat some ice cream. For no reason.

That's the problem with a character having like 50 different writers over the course of decades.  The Batman from "Dark Knight Returns" is probably the best reason I can think of to give him his own alignment, though.
