His schedule was a little different. Sometimes during the week he worked and school understood that. So they let him off the days that he worked. Since he was smart all he needed was his homework and could read up on what he missed that day. Choke? Wrong thing to say around him. "I wont be at school today. I work." He said to her.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Hmm! Okay then." as she dashed out the frount door and munching some breakfest as she ran..."I know he should go but I wont bother him about it today I'm going to be LATE!!" as she contiued to dash.

Ms. Leeia was in shock.."hahaha! She reminds me of you dashing off to face your future. Now becarefull at work dear, and please if your work gets out before school please swing by and pick her up." she told him with a smile that she hopes he would get close to her more.

Outside there was Luke again waiting for her by his car. He knew somehow she would be late and was there waiting to let her out. "Need a lift?" He asked smiling.

Josh rolled his eyes as he heard his mother say that. Why couldn't she just figure out that they were not going to get along for now. "I will." He had a few hours before work so he went upstairs to get slowly ready.

[Gentle Eyes]

Shia looked at him "Your offly persistant aren't you." she told him walking towards him "But yes thank you I would really like a lift." as she got into the car.

A wind blew in his direction and he tensed up smelling her scent and his eyes grew darker. "I wont be in class today but I will drop you off." He needed to go hunt and now.

[Gentle Eyes]

She looked confused at him but shrugged it off.."Alright then...I'm sure all guys here have some sort of weird thing going on. But hey its not my buziness." as she got out of his car and headed to class after his response.

When he drove up to the school he stopped and then waited for her to get out. "Do you need a lift home? I don't mind coming back after ward."

[Gentle Eyes]

"Uh I don't know we will see." she told him as she dashed and waved to him a goodbye. She then went to her first class tired hungry and exhausted since with was very eager to not be late.

Josh was now off to his work and Luke was off to feed so he would not bite her and drain her. A few hours later he arrived at school and so did Josh. They kind of ignored each other like they always did but neither of them knew why the other was there.

During school Shia met another girl named Xonia she was a fairy red head with a long braide that started from her bare neck and ended at her butt. She walked with Shia laughing and giggling it seemed Shia has made a new friend at school today. As she approach the boys "...Josh? What are you doing here?" she asked him.."Oh pardon me this is Xonia she told me she was your sister best friend." when you weren't with her. Xonia couldn't help but blush at Josh but knew not to say anything to him. "Well Shia have a nice day." as she dashed off towards her home. Shia looked at her in confusion..."Uhh.."

Josh smiled at Xonio knowing every girls well most liked him. He did not have a boyfriend either. "I am coming here to pick you up." Luke looked up from the car this time his eyes a different color. "Well looks like you already have a lift unless you want to come with me." Josh said to his sister and waited to see which one she would choose.

[Gentle Eyes]

As she looked at Luke then at Josh..."Luke I'm going to go with Josh home today if this is going to be a routine thing of you picking me up and Josh taking me home. I'll be happy about it " she told them.

"Well it's up to you if you want to go with Luke I will tell mom when I get home. She wont be mad." He turned to Luke and smiled. "I'll bring her home safe." A small smile appeared on his face with his fangs sticking out but no one noticed.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Okay then...." she went with Luke in his care kind of dissapointed in her brother..."Sorry Luke I don't mean to cause you so much trouble."

Josh was a little disappointed but did not show it. Soon he was in his car driving off kind of fast. "It's alright." Soon they were driving off to the beach. He wanted to show her the sunset.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Yeah the sunset might cheer me up a bit..." as she forced a smile for Luke...Her mind was still on her brother..'Why is it everytime I try to get close you pull away' she thought to herself...She believed there link was closed because of this distrubing disbute.

It was cold so he put the heater on hoping she would not turn it off and touch his skin. No one knew about his secret. The vampire secret and he did not want her to know at least not now. The link was only good up to a few hundred feet and now it was much more than that.

[Gentle Eyes]

She gazed out towards the sunset..."If you want you can park there its the best spot to watch it." As she pointed to a nice clearing with the sea view and plenty of parking spots. 'UHHHHHHHHH! I hope he doesn't get the wrong impression here. WE ARE NOT PARKING!!' she thought to herself blushing from it.

He parked right where she said she was the beset part. No his intentions were just to watch the sunset with her. A few moments later it happened the sun started setting. "What do you think?"

[Gentle Eyes]

"Its beutiful..." she told him as she gazed at it from outside the car as wind blew through her hair.

He let the heater run in case she was cold and went to turn on the radio. The wind blew her scent towards her and he smelled it. He tried to control himself.

She wasn't cold at all she just wanted to stay where she was at that moment gazing at the sun and not worring about anything...She sat on a rock as she watched the sun dissappear into the lake...

Slowly he got out of the car and started towards her. "I come up here all the time but bringing someone new to see it makes it all more special."
