Display setting Problem...

I updated the software for the ATI controler or whatever... and it seems to have fuck up one of my display settings so when ever I put it to 1920x1080 It isn't centered in fact its very off center so I can't get to my tool bar or the top bar on my windows... every other setting is fine... alternatively if someone could explain why my 1920x1200 setting resets to 800x600 and won't let me set it back after a certain time frame that would work too...
