Hmm. I might just postpone this a bit. I wanted to run a 5e game, but I think Refuge is not the best setting for it... instead, you ought to look at this.

It's much more light-hearted, I think. ;)

It's especially good for games where magical healing is rare or nonexistent, since PC's have a good amount of built-in toughness and self-healing by default.
