Hey all. This was actually a game I used to play on the fourms of my Wow Guild (has it really been nearly two years?) I figured it'd be a little fun to try out here. The primise is simple. You have to name the song the song from the poster above using only the lryics they provied (more than one line please, otherwise it gets tough.)

Since I'm starting this out, I figured I'll give you all a good one (And yes, interned is allowed, since I know not everyone knows teh same songs)

"Dirty little secrets, dirty little lies,
Say your prayers and comb your hair,
Save your soul tonight."

"I used to talk tough,
I used to talk loud
Want to paint my name all over this town
The folks lined up just to dog my day
Now if I stay quiet, they stay out of my way"

Gillian Welch - Pass You By

"Good morning, The Worm, Your Honor!
The Crown will plainly show,
The prisoner who now stands before you,
Was caught red-handed showing feelings.
Showing feelings of an almost human nature.
This will not do.
Call the schoolmaster!"
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.

How to play with toys.

Pink Floyd - The Trial

I heard your echo
As I walked these halls
I saw your picture
On the stone cold walls
I remembered you telling me
Your love would never die
And then you turned your back and said
Good luck and goodbye

Black Rose by Doro Pesch

Do you recall when we first met
You thought we were worlds apart
Now it's easy to see just how our lives should be
Every time I feel the beating of your heart

I said hey Mr. Man
I don't understand
A finger on my lips says stop
A hint is left but never dropped
Try this

Sex Me, Talk Me by Berlin

So, how about a new one?

Go to tell the world I'm still around
I didn't fly, I'm coming down
You are the wind, the only sound
Whisper to my heart, when hope is torn is torn apart

Fire from the hills pick up speed and let's go.
Fire for real, yeah shoot to kill with no aim.
Head for the hills yes eyes on the camp fire glow.
Creep up there like a white mink hiding in snow.

Hey Pretty ~ POE

I come along but I don't know where you're taking me
I shouldn't go but you're reaching, dragging, shaking me

Nine Inch Nails The Perfect Drug

A superb song. Good choice.

But lately Waldo had begun to worry. He had trouble sleeping at night and when he did, he had horrible dreams. He lay awake at night, tossing and turning underneath his pleated quilt protector, tears welling in his eyes as he pictured Marsha, her sworn vows overcome by liquor and the smooth soothing of some neanderthal, finally submitting to the final caresses of sexual oblivion. It was more than the human mind could bear.
