While mine isnt anywhere near as exciting as Mith's...

A grey sweater (V-neck) that has a black and red stripe going down from shoulder to wrist on both arms.  Under that *checks* black T-shirt with a red and white design on it that says 'Free'.  My old faded black cargos (used to be my favourite ones for work) and red shorts.  And of course my green good luck bracelet around my left wrist.
Gone Walkabout.

A bright robin's egg blue stretch cotton shirt with capped sleeves and a deep-vee wrap-style neckline, edged with four intertwining rows of gold or yellow thread and interspersed with blue sequins, which also all follows the natural waistline and is accented there with a spray pattern of the same. Over professional looking light brown straight leg bootcut trousers, under which I'm wearing my green round-toe double strap high heels. Hair is bound into a knot at the base of my neck.

Black T-shirt "Life if full of important choices" on the front, 15 different drum kits on the back, sleeves ripped off. What may be the only remaining pair of blue jeans I own without holes in them (other than where I put my legs through. :P) Beat up combat boots I still need to get around to replacing. Dog tags.

Red & black indian (as in india, not native american) print shirt with wide 3/4 sleeves, v neck, and a black belt and trim, plain comfy black pants, and my white nike socks. (I need to do laundry.)

Green round-toe double strap heels, ankle-length grey A-line skirt with muted grey, white, and pale blue diagonal plaid lines. White v-neck elbow-length shirt under my grey sleeveless squareneck openwork sweater. An irregular necklace of chunky silver and pearl beads in no discernable pattern, given to me by a special someone.
