Accidental kidnapping

I'm interested in finding a partner to work up historical/historical fantasy story in which your character ends up accidentally kidnapping my own, and they have to deal with each other and the fallout. I am seeing this as a kind of period piece - perhaps he is a highwayman or a gentleman bandit who merely intended to bruise some egos and make off with some money and jewelry from a carriage or a party, but ends up through some shenanigan or another with this young woman in his own carriage or on his horse, and his escape is followed by cries of kidnapping and accusations of impending scandal.
