A steakhouse burger meal at Burger King. I needed that so much. It's also the first meal I've got around to eating today and it's after 5pm. At least I had coffee earlier.

I had wedges and chicken strips at KFC when I'd gone to get my schedule. 

Between the walk and the 45 min cardio I'd done...I'm thinking I'd earned a little bit of fried, heavenly goodness.

Mantecol. It's a sort of semi-soft nougat made from peanut butter, which is I think only produced in Argentina. Yum!

I got a hot meal from the supermarket and brought it home. It has roast chicken with gravy, mashed pumpkin I think (not sure what it is but it's nice) and potato gratin with summer fruits flavoured still water.
