The power most often manifests in the ability to steal sensations, draining them with glowing viridian tendrils. He can take pleasure, satisfaction, comfort or peace of mind from a target, leaving them numb and hollow for a time as he relishes in the stolen sensations. This also lets him take pain and injury from others – a fact he used in his role as a combat medic on the front lines of the Eternal War.
  
• Directed Regeneration: Molech's healing ability is not innately stronger than any other demon of his age and status, but his knowledge of anatomy lets him consciously prioritise and direct his recovery. This can allow him to get back on his feet faster from an equivalent wound, or even delay regeneration should he wish to feign injury.
  
• Diablerie: An accomplished sorcerer, Molech prefers divinations and illusions. He has perfected a specialised form of the latter, a spell he calls Molech's Blunting Of The Arete In Lethe's Oblivion-Black Waters (or simply Oblivion) which allows him to make a victim firmly believe their greatest skill, strength or power has been stripped from them. The effects usually last until the victim can focus their will enough to break the spell, or some subconscious trigger makes them use the 'stolen' ability instinctively.

About: All his long life, Molech has been consumed with the higher questions of demonic existence. Why did Lucifer fall? Which came first – did man's frailties create the Sins, or did the Sins create man's frailties? Can Hell ever win a war against an omnipotent, omniscient power? One question above all burned in his jealous heart... what made humanity more worthy of God's love than the Firstborn?

In order to explore this question, Molech took a sojourn from Hell to live as a human for most of the 1800's. He set himself up as a doctor in Edinburgh, doing business with a couple of 'resurrection men' named Burke and Hare to acquire fresh cadavers and living specimens for his research. Molech conducted extensive examinations, but no matter how many people he cut open, no matter how finely he sliced their organs to slivers, the slivers to specks, and the specks to atoms, he could find nothing special in them that warranted divine love.

Disappointed, Molech joined the faculty of the Academy when it was set up, and in fact was one of the demons who scouted its location for Charon, given his familiarity with Scotland. In addition to a doctor he has also been a combat medic in Hell's wars, absorbing the wounds of his comrades in order to get them back in the fight. He regards violence as the first refuge of the incompetent and unimaginative, however, and would rather allow opponents to destroy themselves if at all possible.

When such mortals or angels die or are killed, they find themselves awakening in Hell, bound by ghostly chains to Desiree. These ghosts are normally insubstantial. By Desiree's will they are aware of their surroundings and their servitude. They experience intense, unquenchable lust for the demoness that damned them, but are unable to gratify themselves or anyone else. They exist in perpetual torment and misery. When Desiree wishes, she can make these ghosts substantial beings who are bound into her service. These ghosts retain awareness of who they were in life and they retain any skills, powers, or talents they may have possessed, but they are hopelessly bound to Desiree's will. Only she or the Original Sin of Lust can grant them temporary satiation, a treat she rarely grants. She employs these ghosts as her own personal servants and legion, her eyes and ears and hands. Should any substantial ghost be "killed" they are simply rendered insubstantial until Desiree grants them "life" again. She has never released anyone bound to her.

About: Oh how cute. I haven't given an interview in...three centuries I think. My name? Well, that changes based on my mission, my mood, and the world around me. For now, you can call me Desiree. And yes, I'm well-aware of the pun, it's why I chose the name.

I've been around for a good few thousand years, fighting the bad fight. I got started oh those many years ago as a simple little succubus of House Lust, fucking teachers for passing grades. You know, spying and sneaking around. Corrupting enemy agents and stealing information. Fun stuff really. You haven't lived until you've seen a Chastity angel's face as they give in to their lusts. I've done work Earthside too, spreading my legs and spreading the corruption of Hell to the mortal masses. It never truly gets old. Each new corruption is like the first time. But recently I've started thinking that I need to spread what I've learned so all those little demons coming up can avoid the mistakes I've made. So I applied to be a teacher at my old alma mater.

I have ruled nations as an empress and borne witness to the heights the little humans aspire to. I have been a whore in the gutters and seen their basest depths. Joining SINS Academy is easy!  Simply create a character (all information can be found on the first page or with the quick start guide below) and PM the sheet to Rave.  After approval, characters can be posted in the Approved Characters thread and start posting.

Students

There are so many opportunities for student characters at SINS Academy!  Students are broken up into Houses based on which of the Seven Deadly Sins called to them most.  However, nothing need be set in stone!  Student characters can change Houses over time – either be corrupted, stolen or decide to make the move on their own.  Students can attend courses and socialize with other students, staff and Originals.  They are free to indulge in their sin to their hearts content, experiment with any of the other sins and generally have freedom to explore their natures while receiving the best education the Academy can provide!

Listed below are a few fun options for students to enjoy!
 

~Classes~

Classes have just gotten started and a really easy way for a new character to be introduced to other students, staff and Originals.  There are several courses offered by the teachers and Originals for the students to choose from and each one is unique!

Private tutoring is also an option!  Students can reach out to staff for personal lessons, build a connection and see what the staff has to offer.

~Bedrooms~

All students live at the Academy for the duration of their education and have rooms at the Academy.  These rooms can be personalized and designed to fit your character.  It’s also a great place for socializing with friends, study groups and small parties!

~Common Rooms~

Each of the Houses have common rooms for students to use for various activities.  A great place to hang out, hold events or even the attend the occasional class! 

~Repent~

The demon-run town not too far from the Academy offers a lot of fun for the students to participate in!  A nightclub, shopping options, restaurants and even a nice, peaceful lake are within easy reach for everyone to enjoy.  Grab some friends and head to Repent for fun, relaxation or even to shop for weapons, armor and intriguing enchantments!

~War Front~

Forth year students (or higher) can witness and experience the ongoing war between the Demons and Angels (with GM approval).  Want to test your students skills against the Holy Warriors of Heaven?  Want to learn about strategy and tactics?  Want to tend to the wounded Warriors of Hell?  Now you can!

Original Sin of Lust

Creating the Original Sin of Lust is a bit more complex than student or staff characters and might require a bit more effort as the Originals are a keystones to so much of the game.  Listed below is a bit more information as to the multitude of activities and ideas for the Original Sin!

~Overseeing House Lust~

Every member of House Lust (students and staff) answer to the whims and desires of the Original Sin.  Students and staff can be rewarded for their behavior or even punished for displeasing the Original.  Using the House to spread Lust through the Academy, the mortal world and even Hell itself create a never ending supply of fun options for a character!

~Overseeing Recovery and Chemical Warfare Division~

Lust and Gluttony oversee the Recovery and Chemical Warefare Division of Hells armies!  Want to influence the war personally or simply keep informed?  This is an option to expand the characters horizons and create even more opportunities for the Original!

~Intricate Sibling Relationships~

As all the Original Sins are related and living within the Academy together, there are endless opportunities for sibling alliances, rivalries, intrigues and politics.  Everything from battles in the arena, political maneuvering for power and influence to even stealing off with their students… there are so many options and opportunities!
(Note: Originals have been forbidden from outright killing one another.)

A Quick Start Guide

-Character Creation and Game rules can be found following the link.  As well, it holds the coded character sheet.  Once that has been filled out, send it to Rave for approval.  Every player, at this time, can have up to three characters!

-Post the brand new character in the Approved Characters thread!

-After that, you’re free to get started!  You can begin posting at your leisure or even pop by the Out of Character and say hello. 

-Need some help getting started?  That’s easy enough!  Feel free to post requests for interactions in the OOC thread or even PM players to get a scene started!  Feeling a bit lost?  Or have some questions?  Feel free to send Rave a PM!  He’s a friendly GM and always willing to answer questions, point players or characters in the right direction and work with his players to provide a fun atmosphere for everyone.

Sometime in the near future, Angels will be available as playable characters.  Though they will not have their own Academy or school, they will be an option for characters to create!  Want to fight against the demonic hoards?  Want to play a captive of the demon realm?  So many opportunities will be opening up for all of us!
