The Red Comet(DnD 3.5 seeker thread)

Woo, another try at getting in on some sweet sweet D&D and other kinks. Muse has effectively slowed down two of my games due to his laptop exploding or what have you, so there is more time for other endeavors. With my new and improved D&D maps that I can make with autoCAD, the sky is the limit with the number of people I can have in this game!

As long as it is only 4, with 2 guys and 2 girls.

rules:
-Level 6
-5d6 drop lowest two and re roll ones.
- 20000 gp starting
- Healthy mix of classes.
- One free player centric magic item, that helps flesh out your character. Mostly a chance to create some naughty magical items for the fun of it.

I would greatly appreciate players that can post when they see it is time to post. That way we don't wait for days for one round of combat to get done with. Nothing is more tedious then players that don't post for days on end.

Well i am sure i can post at least once a day. more than likely 2 or 3 posts a day...and if i'm around one after the other, but that depends on timing and workload.

Might as well aim low and say once per day, at least. If you can manage that, then all the better.

More details about your world please... although D&D games always typically strike my interest.

Also, just how naughty are we talking when you mention player centric magic items?  The idea just brings all sorts of interesting ideas to mind, but depending on restrictions, etc....it could also just end up being character X running around with item Y because he/she obtained such an item during his/her adventuring career or life...so there really isn't anything special about it (i.e. it's just another Wand of Magic Missiles....or another Sword +1).

Aye another good question, as I do have access to pretty much every Wizard's of the Coast book for D&D 3.5... so what can/what can't we use (or what would need your approval before we use it)?

I'm going to go for more of a central town hub type of campaign. The sort of game where all of the naughty happens in one place, and you go out and solve mysterious in the middle of nowhere. I don't want to give too much away of my evil plans, but safe to say that the central town is a mountain hot spring resort town/brothel. The sort of place rich nobles and merchants goto to escape from their wives and engage in debauchery that would shock the peasants and incite riots.

Player centric items depends on the player and their class. A fighter type character could make a plot for his sword for example, like a family heirloom. Why would you have to pay for something that you got from your father? That sort of thing, if you can make a back story for it, all the better.

As for naughty items, read the book of erotic fantasy. 93% of that book is crap, but it has some interesting spells, one good class, and celestium armor material. The +1 whip of will sapping is a great example of this.

Swiftblade is all well and good, just remember to keep the party balanced amongst yourselves.

+1 would be the max.

As for books, nothing from the dragon magazines or what have you. And nothing from the tomes.

Bump up that wisdom to 12 and call it good for now. being a tiefling will be fun naughty time. No racial objections for the occasional orgy.
