Secret Society- male seeker female partner

I am envisioning a secret society of men who hold a yearly competition with a multi million dollar prize.  The prize will go to the rapist who not only rapes but kills his victim with artistic flair.  They will be graded on means of submission, restraints used, pain inflicted, and a host of other factors.

The new members are first required to have proof of murdering or raping at least one woman.  From there the alumni will hold workshops on some of their now infamous techniques and the various obstacles they had to overcome to achieve "greatness"

The majority of the story will show the evolution of one of the members as he goes from panicked criminal to the victorious winner who demonstrated the most creativity in what he did and how well he did it.
