The Vigil
It's a rather specific fantasyesque story about a young woman who has passed all tests to become a Knight in a special order of celibate women.   A male adversary has tried a lot to prevent this from happening, but has failed so far. All she has to do is to spend her last night in silent prayer in a chapel and stay virtuous. And her foe decides to take matters in his own hands this night.
