David and Candice Breaker  have one of the most hated filled sibling rivalries in the history of human existence. So why would they live together , you may ask? Money. You see a few months ago there parents died in a plane crash on a trip to the Bahamas.

Thankfully the elder breaker's had  a will in place that dived there  immense  fortune  straight down to the middle except for  one of piece of property.

The problem  with dividing this piece of property is that there son  is a bit of a slacker and never managed to get a  place of his own.  So Candice with the intent  of harassing her brother or perhaps even seducing him to the point that he will agree to sell  the rather large family mansion moved in.



Lonely Semi-Successful Writer Seeks  Crazy Demonesses For Help With Rent:

Charles Semsik is a  relatively  successful writer , his first book was a New York times best seller but writer's block  has  halted   the progress of his  second book sending his financial  into a tail spin.


As a result of his finical woes Charles put an add in the paper for a roommate which was answered by a rather strange yet attractive woman who seems to have more in mind for charles then just being roomate.


(Despite the name  it doesn't have to be  Demonesses . Just something dangerous and supernatural. Witch , Daughter Of The Devil , Zombie , Vampire , Werewolf etc. etc.
Also , depending  on the species of the roomate or hoby the reason she has more in mind for charlie could be if she's a werewolf   or a vampire that charlie's book is about those creatures and she doesn't enjoy his portrayl of them. )
