brotherly love (Gentle Eyes and silverroses2009)

It had been almost two years. Two long years since his close sister died in his arms. It did not matter how many tears he shed or how many hours of counselling his parents sent him to the pain was there. Now all he did was stay in his room and not talked to anyone or leave it. The only time he left this room was to go to the bathroom and get something to eat so he would not die. Why should he live when his sister was no longer with him. Oh yeah because she made him promise to stay alive that was her last wish. The sound of music could be heard blarring through the house as he sat in his room trying to hide from the world.

[Gentle Eyes]

His mother came to his door..."Dinner is ready son please do come down and join the family." Her voice sounding very concerned about him..

((Sorry it was all I could think to do...))

(Are you going to bring in the sister)? Slowly he turned off the music and followed her downstairs. It smelled good but he did not want to eat much.

[Gentle Eyes]

during the middle of dinner there was a knock at the door.."Would you get that dear." his mother said to him with a smile..

He sighed wanting to finish his dinner but went to the door. Slowly he opened it.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Hello..." she said to him with a smile she had his kind of hair but not his kind of eyes well not yet anyway. Little did he know she was wearing colored contacts in her eyes. "May I come in or are you going to keep me outside all day?"

"Mom, she's here." He held the door open and walked back in to finish his supper that he had left. No he would not talk to her or get close to her.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Hey that was rude you could at LEAST help me carry my bags." as she grabbed her luggage and came in.

His mother came to her and looked at her son..."Please forgive him." she told him lets just get you squared away and then I'll bring you up some nice dinner.

"Well..thank you but I already ate and I just like to get things unpacked so if you could point me to where my room is at."

His mother nodded and told her, her room is next to her sons.

She climbed the stairs carring her big suitcase glaring at him from time to time as she came back downstairs to grab some boxes..His first impression on her was that of a jerk. After she got all of her boxes upstairs she was exhausted from it...

He rolled his eyes as he sat down and began to pick at his food again. Why was she like that to him? Would his mother tell her why he was like this? He did not want her here but his mother would not listen to him. A shiver went through his spine when she said her room was next to his. The reason he was being a jerk was none of her business.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Son..why are you not helping her surely I taught you better manners then that." his mother scolled him for his bad manners. "And since she is our guest and will be living with us now it is in the best interest of this family to get along."

Saia gently opened one of her boxes that contained bathroom stuff to take a bath she gently pulled out her toothbrush and hair brush and a nice clean towel for that of the bath. But unfortanly for her she didn't know where the bathroom was YET. So she came down stairs and ask them "Umm...Where is your bathroom?" she ask not wanting to snoop around and get in more hot water with the jerk.

"Mom you know why I did not want her to come here." He finished his food and then put his dishes in the sink. When he said those words he kept them quiet hoping their mother would not spill the beans about why he was acting this way. Slowly he got up and started walking up the stairs. "Follow." He said simply and led her to the bathroom before turning around and walking into his room.

[Gentle Eyes]

HIs mother ingnored his comment..

"Uh thank you..." she said to him. "You know you look a little sad." 'Like I can feel your emeotions inside of me for some reason or another.'

A small shrug came across his shoulders when she said he looked a little sad. "Here it is." He said quietly and then walked into his own room.

[Gentle Eyes]

She began to undress and she jumped into the shower as she sighed "Well its offical I'm officaly an unwanted house guest." she then looked to the ceilling "Guess I blew mom..." beginning to cry herself.

Why did she have to come to the house and live with them? He turned up his music and started listening while sitting on his bed. (Could they for some reason need to share a room)?

[Gentle Eyes]

**SURE I GUESS**

A knock on the bathroom door came suddenly Shia was shocked at it. "Y-yes..."

"Um everything unpacked in your room unfortuatley I'm going to have to have you sleep in my sons room for tonight until the mess is more cleaned up."

"Okay I guess..." as she got out of the tube dried off

"Alright then I let my son know." as she went off to tell him.

He heard something being said to his sister and then he sighed. Great what was his mother going to do now? He waited to see what she had to say and sat up on his bed.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Son she will be staying in here for this time...Alright." glaring at him to not be rude to her.

Shia came in with the mattress and set it on the floor not wanting to move any of his stuff thank goodness she already changed into something for sleepwear.

"But." He protested and then saw the look on his mother's face. Sighing he turned off his music and laid down in his bed. It was already late but he did not want to go to bed. Slowly he pulled the blanket up over his shoulders since it was cold.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Its fine I get it.. I'll just sleep out in the hallway." as she began to move the matters outside of his room after his mother returned to her bedroom.

[darkvamplips]

"The hallway's cold at night. You can sleep in here." He whispered closing his eyes not wanting to have a fight. He did not want her to sleep out there though either.

[Gentle Eyes]

"Are you sure you want me here you gave such the impression of not wanting me here that it was very cold towards me..." she said sorrowfully "And do you even know WHY I am here also..."

[darkvamplips]

He kept his eyes closed as he heard those words from her mouth. A small shrug came to his shoulders as he awaited what she was going to say to him.

[Gentle Eyes]

It looked to her like he really didn't care what she had to say she had it with him "FINE THEN BE THAT WAY YOU INSENSITIVE JERK!!" as she threw the pillow at him and stormed out of the room and out of the house towards the park and down towards the little stream where a bridge over hung. "JERK! JERK! JERK! JERK!"  as she began to sob "I'm alone in this world...at least you have your mom you jerk." she said in a much calmer voice to herself as she sat there a little cold. She then headed underneath the bridge to fall to try and fall asleep tomorrow she'll just go back and get dressed and look for a job so she doesn't have to live with them...But she really would like too.

He grabbed the pillow when she threw it and sighed when she ran out of the house. Did she even care about how he felt? No it was all about her. He was going to say why he was acting  this way but she didn't say yes. A small sigh escaped his lips as he got up a few minutes later wanting to get her to come back. It was late and where they lived was not the best of places. He slammed the door behind him and started toward the bridge. Twin intuition? "Shia?" He called out.
