More coffee with a bit of vanilla creamer and almond milk.

I still have dairy products (like the creamer) but I was drinking a lot of milk before (3 or 4 litres a week) and I feel better since stopping that and having a smaller amount of almond milk or lactose free milk. I can also tell I'm losing weight, at least in part because of it.
