I did notice that a large number of applicants miss the following question and are so reminded by the "Mentors":  "How do you feel about sexualities besides your own? Please elaborate on your answer."

Perhaps it should be a question upon its own considering its relative importance instead of an aspect of a larger question?

On a completely unrelated note, as an unapproved member I can create but not view my bookmarks.  This seems strange to me.  I've already found a work around but it still feels odd.

You may want to check and see if it's delivering that feature automatically to new members.  I figure that's one feature people can't abuse :)
