This is a Work in Progress, much (especially background) largely dependent on which villain will have her. As such, all comments and notes are appreciated.

Name: Maria Prinze
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Overenthusiastic Puppy-Girl Minion
Player Name: Idlewyld

Physical Description: For the most part, Maria looks like a normal human girl. She stands 5'5" and weighs 105 lb. She has long (almost shaggy) brown hair and deep hazel "puppy dog" eyes. However, she has short pointy dog ears on the top of her head and a long fluffy tail extending from under her skirt. She dresses business casual, though her skirts run on the mini side due to the tail and her propensity to run around willy nilly.

Personality:

Genki: Maria is a giant ball of enthusiasm. Give her an order and tell her what to do, and she'll be off and running (sometimes before you have finished the order, but that's a story for a later section in the application.) Whether she'll continue to fulfill your order is yet another story for later in the application.

Friendly: Given, this is simply an extension of genki, but is still worthy of elaboration. Maria is friendly and happy to please. She pretty much likes everyone and is constantly genki, unless someone yells at her, at which point she curls up in the corner and whimpers. She is ferociously loyal to her friends and brave to the point of foolhardy. She also tends to be affectionate, though she's not so much a hugger as a leap-and-licker.

Loyal: Maria's loyalty to [TBD] is unquestioned. It is not loyalty, but unconditional love. As long as [TBD] does not abuse her or abandon her, she will serve him/her to the bitter end and probably in the doggy afterlife should there be such a thing.

Background: Maria was born on a canine world, but kidnapped as a puppy by evil slavers who sold her to [TBD]. [TBD] raised her well, strangely enough, and she quickly grew to love him/her, turning into part pet, and part minion. She has lived with [TBD] her whole life and sees no reason to even imagine life otherwise. It has not once occurred to Maria that what [TBD] asks of her might be morally objectionable for she believes him/her to be the "absolute bestest/smartest/most perfect master/mistress in the whole universe!"

Player Ons and Offs: You can find what I like and don't like here. I tend to like the vanilla stuff (FxF and FxM mainly) leaning more ecchi than hentai. I do enjoy awkward situations and stripping both accidental and intentional.

Powers and Abilities
A list of what powers and abilities your character possesses. Unlike heroes, these powers are always readily available to us. These usually cover signature attacks and certain passive abilities like flying, enhanced strength, speed, or durability, or maybe even stealth. You can have up to five, and signature attacks count as one slot in this section.

Heightened Senses - Maria has very acute hearing and an even better sense of smell. She can usually detect opportunity or danger from a distance of 100 feet or more. She can also hear in ultrasonic frequencies, which is great for sending her secret instructions.

Fetch - With superior senses and years of training, Maria is really good at finding and detecting pretty much anything, making her the perfect gofer – at least as good as a dog can be.

Bite - Maria can shift her teeth to extend her canines, giving her the ability to bite and hold onto objects or body parts as needed with superhuman (but not necessarily supercanine) tenacity.

Doggy Speed - Maria is faster than usual humans, running for short spurts at about 20-25 miles per hour.

Puppy Dog Eyes - Maria's most powerful ability. She can widen her eyes and look at a subject while whimpering pitifully and making a request. Resistance is futile. You will be cute-similated.

[Note - since Maria is a minion, I dropped the Summon Monster and Call Minion Powers.

Equipment
Maria doesn't carry a whole lot other than the clothes on her back. She does have a communication system keyed to ultrasonic frequencies (see Enhanced Senses)

Skills

Fetch - See above, but Fetch may go better here.

Guard Dog - Her natural tenacity and heightened senses makes Maria an excellent guard, usually able to sound the alarm when necessary and hold intruders at bay until the cavalry arrives.

Chase - Between her smell, her speed, and her instincts, it is very hard to "lose" Maria in a pursuit, though not impossible (see below.) This is someone who chases motor vehicles for fun.

Advantages
Again - I think I listed most of these under Powers.

Weaknesses

Easily Distracted - Maria constantly struggles with the inborn tendency to chase a whole variety of objects, such as cats, rabbits, squirrels, sticks, postal workers, cars, her tail, and countless other diverse triggers. Our heroes will probably use that to foil [TBD]'s plans. Less than scrupulous individuals might find a way to exploit it for personal amusement.

Petting Fetish - Maria has an instinctual need to be pet which has since been reinforced by well-meaning friends over the years. Petting her (head pats, stroking her back, and so on, especially when combined with endearments spoken in a soothing voice) will usually result in affectionate behavior in response, potentially very affectionate. Notably, the area behind Maria's ears are powerful erogenous zones. Petting or scratching her there will not only trigger an affectionate response, it will also get her quite wet.

Color Blind - While Maria's hearing and smell are beyond reproach, her sense of sight has limitations. Like some humans and all dogs, she is red-green colorblind, which renders orders like "Push the Green Button" or "Cut the Red Wire" very dangerous indeed.

Biscuit Habit - Maria has a guilty pleasure: Krunchie Treats Doggie Snax (TM). Used by [TBD] as a training aid, she now craves the things and eats them pretty much whenever she can. If someone wants to earn her friendship, or get her to do some favior (short of betraying [TBD]), a box of Krunchie Treats is definitely the way to go. Her favorite flavor of all time is Chocolate Wasabi Karunchi Taretu, which, sadly, was discontinued last year and only available by special order to Krunchie Treats, Ltd, a Division of Consolidated Foodstuffs (LLC). Her attempts to get her paws on a box here has become a quest of epic proportions.

Territorial - Maria has little understanding of the concept of personal space as most humans or demihumans would understand it, but she does have an instinctive understanding of personal territory. However, the actual borders of said territory are subject to constant flux and revision, and if should said borders be violated in any way, especially by other furry types, she will defend it, usually by verbal means, yelling in a yappy sort of way.

Age: Built to the looks, maturity, and personality of 18
Gender: Boson is male while Fermi and Klein are female, though technically android and gynoids
Stereotype: Super combining robot team
Alias: Paradox, Tess's Triplets
Player Name: Shadowfox89

Physical Description: All three are roughly 5'2, standing a bit taller than their half-sister Emily. Fermi has long, straight purple hair that reaches her midriff with a fairly ample bosom. Boson is stocky and muscular with short cut white hair, while Klein has curly red hair with a slight chest, looking very similar to her mother. All three have red eyes and fair skin. Boson tends to wear black slacks with a white shirt and black vest, Klein prefers knee length red skirts with a black blouse. Fermi is, as always, the odd one out, wearing whatever outfit she feels like that day, whether it's a full dress or ripped jeans. When merged to form Paradox, they are fully robotic looking, standing 9ft tall with a chrome metallic body and glowing blue eyes.

Personality: Each of the three have their own personality, reflecting the elemental spirit animating them, though they all share a loyalty to Tess. Fermi is hyper and chipper, a bustling flame of energy. Everything and anything is interesting to her and she often flickers from one interest to another. Klein tends to take her time considering the pros and cons of every action. She can usually be found with a pile of books around her, nose buried in a story. Boson is rock solid and well grounded, nearly impossible to anger but an unstoppable avalanche when provoked enough. He tends to stay on one project for a long period of time.

Background: The trio were built in one long week of creating by Tess after she got tangled up in some power lines during a fight and managed to blackout half of Tokyo. At the end of the week she managed to burn through all the energy and passed out, waking up to find the trio fully built and sentient. The details beyond that are... fuzzy to her. Since then they've served as her personal lab assistants and own sort of bridge bunny crew, monitoring her suit and sending auxiliary gear out for her.

Player Ons and Offs: Same as for Tess, though the trio is unlikely to be involved in anything

Transformation Device: Each of the triplets have a silver wristband with a jewel on it on their left arm; A ruby for Fermi, sapphire for Klein, and emerald for Boson. These light up when they merge into Paradox, with a tricolor jewel on it's chest.

Powers and Abilities
Quantum Manipulation- Each of the triplets have their own power. Klein can teleport to any location she has either seen before or has an accurate description of, Boson can manipulate objects at a distance with little dexterity, and Fermi can caused a touched object to store energy around it for a time before it explosively releases the energy.

Fusion: The triplets can fuse into a singular being that calls itself Paradox, combining the powers of all three as well as exponentially increasing it's strength and speed compared to it's base form.

Equipment
Items of interest that your character has on their person - especially the ones they have after transformation. Please specify which items are available before and after transformation.

Skills
All of the three share a similar skill set, being programmed with skills that would prove beneficial to Tess in her lab- mechanical engineering, computers, quantum theory.

Advantages
Robotic- The three share the same physiology, not needing to eat or breath, although they need to sleep to recharge their energy system, they only need about an hour to fully recharge. Most injuries mean little to them, as long as their cores are intact they can be rebuilt by Tess. Their strength and speed are much greater than a normal human, able to lift a ton each and easily keep pace with a car.

Weaknesses
Being mostly made of metal, the paradoxes are susceptible to magnets and electromagnetic attacks, sink in liquids, and cannot benefit from healing magic at all.

Name: Ikuko Beltaine
Age: 47 (apparent age ~21)
Gender: Female
Stereotype: Intergalactic Peacekeeper Vixen
Alias: Iku Koko
Player Name:Kissa

Physical Description: Before the transformation Iku looks like in the picture (excluding the uniform which she has when in her fox form.) In human form she is about 5”5 tall, lithe, big green eyes and long blond hair. Iku has super long legs and her strongest asset is definitely her admirable rack, which is the reason why many don’t notice that she has a pretty face too. Her transformed state brings back her fluffy fox tail and ears. Transformation clothes her with the uniform in the picture too. Because the fox form is her true form Iku prefers being in her real form as often as possible. 

Personality:
Helpful -Jumps easily to help others and feels like it’s her responsibility to help those she can help. Plus helping others makes her feel good.
Happy go lucky -There is a silver lining on everything. She focuses on positive things instead of sulking about negatives ones. Often acts before thinking.
Erratic -Her mood can change quickly and do full 180. It’s hard to tell what’s going on in that fox brain, so her actions might be surprising sometimes. She means genuinely well but sometimes her actions have negative results.


Likes: Music, dancing, fashionable clothing, compliments, cute things, sweet drinks.

Dislikes: Being yelled at, being weak, being alone 

Dreams: She hopes to catch that stupid wolf so she can go back home. She hopes that one day she will be a respectful and able space officer or at least make her daddy proud. Her secret dream is to become an actress and perform in musicals.


Fear of lizards of any kind - When she was 6 year old she wandered on the wrong side of a space alligator pen to pet the baby alligators. Being one messy fox kid with ice cream and whatnot sticky food all over her tail she was attacked by the alligators and they tore over half of the fur off her tail off before adults rushed to save her. That summer her tail was half bald. She doesn’t instantly run away screaming when she sees something resembling a lizard, but she is cautious and tried to keep a safe distance to all lizardlike creatures.


Background: Her family has been working for law enforcement for generations. Her parents, her grandparents and so on are all in police forces. Her all 9 siblings are officers too. It’s a family tradition, or more like heritage she is supposed to follow with great pride. However she wanted to sing and dance in musicals, but such ridiculous and shameful career choice won’t be accepted in this family. So she joined the police forces. As the youngest of the pack she is the weakest and mostly likely the most stupid. Many believe that she is causing problems and failing her missions on purpose to get fires, but the sad truth is that she really does her best. She is just unlucky and genuinely bad at her work. Out of respect to her venerable family (and love to ogle at her rack) the boss of the department won’t fire the fox.

Chasing a known criminal with a bounty on his head is what brought her here. Unfortunately her spaceship exploded and the criminal escaped. She contacted her superior to get a lift back, but instead of sending someone to pick her up, she was told that this was her last accidentally blown up ship. It was time for her to show her worth or never come back. So there was no coming back without bringing the bad space wolf with her.

She is on her mission to capture the wolf and while she is on it, she can do some good on this planet. In order to help, bring on the justice to the criminals and generally save the world she joined the BADGE. That and getting something to eat. Now her communicator is in several, non assemblable, pieces so she can’t even try to call back to her people and beg for a pick up.   


Player Ons and Offs: Ons IC:(Cock)teasing, cuddling, plot twists, masculine chars (of others), funny and awkward moments, wardrobe malfunction (clothing damage). OOC: Communication, trust (We rp together. If there is something one wishes or has a problem with, my DMs are always open and I’m ready to work to make things work for us). Making smaller or bigger plots together.
Offs: Pure non-con, extremes. If unsure about something don’t be afraid to ask.  OOC: Backstabbing, ghosting, mirror posting
Things that turn you, the player, on. We may not hit all of them in the game, but at least manage to hit some of them often.

Transformation Device:
Indestructible infiltrator adapter - It’s a bracelet issued to intergalactic peacekeepers so they can infiltrate among any population and do their job without too much fuss. The bracelet allows her to pose as a regular human on Earth, and when she transforms back to her true foxy form it clothes her with her uniform. The bracelet is able to regenerate her uniform, but it has 10 minutes cooldown.

Powers and Abilities
-Lighttrace Resonance - A wielder of the power of her home star, she can manipulate spacial energy in a myriad of ways, most of which involve restricting, confounding, or debilitating enemies. The energy can also be used for direct offense, but she tends to avoid this as she doesn't want to accidentally damage unintended targets due to reckless use of her power.
-Fox Charm - Blows a bright pink heart at her enemy in an attempt to charm them. Contact with the heart can force weak-willed targets to obey her commands temporarily, while stronger foes can resist the effect. Requires contact to work and only  works at short range. Charmed status lasts 2 minutes at most, with diminished effects the stronger the enemy she tries to charm if the effect takes hold.
-Enchanted Reflexes - Just what it sounds like. Iku can be fast. Must have something to do with that stuff keeps breaking and or exploding around her spontaneously.

Equipment
Space Police Force uniform - In addition to looking like one sexy fox the uniform has practical purposes. It generates a protective aura around her and absorbs energy of incoming attacks. However absorbing the power of attacks will cause damage to the uniform and once it’s gone so is the protection it offered. (Available after transformation)
Spirit Gun - A blaster pistol with both stun and lethal force options. Iku can channel her own energy to bolster the power of the pistol.(Available on both forms, boosted when transformed)
Indestructible infiltrator adapter -Read Transformation device. (Available on both forms)
One size fits all -Adjustable handcuffs.(Available after transformation)

Skills
Moderate marksman - She has practised shooting for a long time, but is still only average at shooting.
Athletic - All combat training and dancing in free time has made her athletic. Iku got speed, fast reflexes, agility and flexibility. However she isn’t super strong.
Close combat - She is skilled in both unarmed and melee combat. Not a true sensei of fighting, but she can hold her own.
Dancing -Classical, modern, party dancing. She loves them all and is a great dancer.
Good listener -Those big fox ears hear a lot, but in addition to that Iku is one who is ready to lend an ear to listen to your problems. Feel free to cry your heart out on her shoulder. She is there for you.

Advantages
Cute looks - She looks cute (and naive) in both forms. That combined with her sweet personality often lets her get away with all the (unintended) destruction and chaos she has caused. This works especially well on older men. Might also make the difference when her enemy could off her but ends up just knocking her out.
Unsolicited Assistance - Iku appears as one who is in need of a helping hand and incapable of taking care of herself. This awakens a will to protect her in those who have that kind of nature. The protection can be anything between handing her a cereal box from a topshelf to taking a bullet for her.

Weaknesses
-Naive. Believes what others tell her too easily, her behaviour might be considered as juvenile sometimes. I’m not saying she is stupid, but complex things confuse her.
-Unlucky. For some reason things happen when she is around. If something can go wrong, it usually does. If you have something that is important to you and it breaks easily Do.Not.Give.It to her under any circumstances. She will either break it or misplace it.
-Soft hearted. She doesn’t have a killer instinct, so she avoids killing anyone as long as possible. If she has to choose between letting someone possibly escape or shooting to death, she will let the target slip away. Only situations she might have what it takes to kill someone is to protect someone else or to save her own life when there are no other options left.

But for now we are limiting it to male player characters (hero and villain alike) since we have quite a variety of female characters already.

Can I play an Ultraman-like character?  He's unlikely to actually be giant unless the situation calls for it, but he'll have powers he can use at normal size, too.

Male heroes are definitely welcome addition to the game. Key importance is transformation sequence for heroes. :)

Roleplay hasn't advanced far. The best suggestion is to look over all the accepted characters of the roleplay, first and make sure that yours unique in their own ways to make sure it's not too similar to another player's character.

After that, it's knowing that we have only had a couple 'episodes' of this 'series' pass so far. The first day, school got basically blown up thanks to some shenanigans with Chiharu gaining her powers (in an awkward way) and shooting everyone with errors. After that we had the Bridge incident, which was fun... the villains stole a bridge, and then I think most people went out to Karaoke - and we are setting up the school again.

I would think transformation devices are not that easy to snag - so you might have to talk with Steir about that. From what I can tell transformation in some form of another is a lot more common in this game's setting than it was in the years previous of the setting - so the character doesn't have to be from the city and could have arrived with their technology.

As for wildcard AKA Kamen style - we have a couple of 'rogue' characters who for their own reasons are neither Villain nor Hero (and some that will never be either of those, as well) - But I would definitely talk to Steir and Premier when it comes to stealing stuff - as far as I know, BADGE headquarters and the different sectors each have varying degrees of security levels - and clearances - needed to move through.
