Okay, so new pathfinder game. I'm feeling a little silly, so don't expect a lot of serious battles. I'm hoping for a light comedy adventure game where a group of friends travel together through wacky dungeons of cliches, but we'll see what happens. Expect your standard D&D world, high fantasy stuff. Adult stuff is allowed too, but not necessary.

Rules: Pathfinder starting level 8. Stats are rolled for 1d12+6 seven times drop the lowest. Starting gold for 8th level for pathfinder. All races are fine. Things from 3.5 can be translated to work for pathfinder. Four to six players.

Now on to my most important rule. If you want to play in this game, PLAY IN THIS GAME!!! Don't just make a character sheet post for about a week them forget it ever happened. Shit is so annoying. DMing is fun and all, but it's a lot of hard work too. I can't stand it when I go through work to make a campaign, people get excited make there characters then lose interest before anything has a chance to happen, like a bunch of five year olds with ADHD.

Absolutely I do know you're in it. I wanted to get the character up quickly and wanted to still play as a barbarian or some other high hitter and Ja'koth felt fleshed out. I am however going to modify the sheet in another profile. That sheet you see now is just a place holder. After all that is a 3.5 DnD sheet in the link.

They don't get the feats of a fighter but they get better skills and some spellcasting and more skill points.

Not sure. Just so you know though, if your going the two-weapon route, with the ranger skills they have you can actually skimp on dex if you like to focus on strength and other stats since the combat style feat allows you to ignore pre-requirments for them. Pretty much lets you be rather un-ranger like and wear heavier armor and stuff if you really wanted to without worrying about holding back a dex bonus.

Anywho I was indeed going to go the two weapon route and freeing up dexterity would make it easier to explain why the guy looks like that yet has only 10 charisma or so. I would base it off the idea that he has no contact with other people that often and is as such antisocial as a result.

Bleh honestly I consider Charisma more towards the like of 'attraction' outside of looks. Its kinda hard to really say exactly. Basically it doesn't have to do with being handsome or pretty, but the way you seem to make of yourself. Its so hard really to actually explain it. >.<

Charisma really isn't tied in with looks, that's just a common misconception. While looks can affect it it really is about how you speak and act. It is one of the mental stats after all. It makes sense that certain physical looks could affect charisma, like if the person has a distracting scar, or if a girls cleavage has the guard more focused on her bazongas instead of how she is lying to him. However if you think about it appearance would mainly come from your physical stats.

Okay then I think I'll leave my stats where they are unless intellect is suffering for it.

PS - I have a ton of dexterity and am considering using an elven curveblade as a weapon because of it. This frees up my ranger feats for archery allowing me to thrive in both worlds. Since its a two handed weapon it might serve better in that regard.

Have my character sheet up though its not complete yet. Little bit of scratches here and there for my own reference but meh ignore them. Just say if I did anything wrong, so far I left the spell memorized blank, though if I get it correctly I'd basically just be putting how many casts I want prepared of each given the limit I have. Feat wise I'm still not quite sure what to go with as a caster outside of spell focus (evo) for my damage spells to be more reliable. Improved familiar will let me pick out a nicer familiar though still got to figure that out. I know its going to be a metamagic feat just don't know what yet. ^^ Otherwise its down to equipment.

Not interested. That elven curveblade will come in handy because it is compatable with weapon finesse. The swordbow doesn't have that.

Alrighty let me double check the math. Turns out I did go over. Removed the offending objects including the arrow that I wanted to keep for plot.

Cause your bad! XD I did fix my items and all, still working on it a bit but yeah. I must say rod wise there isn't much I really liked between ~11k range and the ~32k  which, considering I really wasn't quite sure of my item choice otherwise, made things a little more picky on selecting out haha. Either way I figured her witch's outfit since in my eyes would likely be seen negatively by people if she wears it to give it those side effects and a little benefit for wearing it, though apparently it wasn't costing that much for it haha ^^;;

Either way I just need to scan through and hopefully pick out mistakes or and finish little details here and there while looking for maybe further investments of money I feel like spending. Overall though feel free to say how bad I am and terrible if you like on the caster parts since I did put up all the spells and the likes and I'm sure I slipped up on something anyways that my double check will miss.

Aww *hugs callie* another class I want to try oddly is summoner, but doing it in a way an actual player acts as the summon maybe in the form of a more humanoid creature minus some differences. Kinda like my familiar idea with the two being a little on ends with each other though deep down enjoying each other being linked (without being as twisted as my familiars feelings about 'liking' her so to speak lol). If a gm took it, could totally 'hack' in having an extra player.

First off you're a flirt. Also half-elfs aren't secluded they either grow up in a human city or an elf city. You're just weird because you a witch. Me on the other hand have to deal with weird esoteric races on a daily basis. For example I just came back from DMing a game where one of my characters was a Lumi. Don't know what a Lumi is? Well look it up in Monster Manual III. It's on page 98

Blah! Half-elf are more outcast. They can live in society but at the same time they aren't really 'accepted' so much. Its basically like the random minority in a primarily single race school. Sure you fit in and you can have friends and all, but in a way you still are a bit left out and not 'completely' accepted in. Granted that sounds racist but lets all admit the truth that happens. No matter what you say you always have a feeling towards someone who is different to you, race/religion/what not, no matter how much you accept them into a group.

Really though just used the whole 'outcast' idea of a half-elf maybe not finding true acceptance and simply deciding to venture into witchcraft which only would make that difference even stronger. :)

Born to a lesser noble family that was more merchant than noble, Callic grew up with little or no guidance on how to live his life and would most likely have gotten into more trouble on his own. Just a lot more witless than Callic, who spent more than his fair share of time bailing the man out of trouble. Husbands, fathers, and many other male relations wanted the man dead for all sorts of reasons. Mostly dealing with his way making with various female relations. He learned to lie, cheat, bribe and find a man with the right set of keys when needed.
Till the night Timmon drew the ire of one mage over the discovery that his daughter was with child and Timmon was the father. A miscast curse due to a mispronounced word in the spell mixed with using a bit of Callic's blood sent the curse screaming towards the hapless boy. Who woke up to discover the miscast magics had awoken a long sleeping blood heritage of his mother's side of the family. The heritage of a succubi in her family line.

Key of Lock Jamming This ornate brass key automatically reshapes itself to fit any standard keyhole (generally those in doors scaled for use by Small or Medium creatures, not deliberately oversized locks like the main door to a dwarven fortress). Once placed inside a lock, the key merges with the lock and fills up all open spaces within it, creating a solid piece of metal and making it impossible to unlock it, even with magic. While securing the lock, the key strengthens its materials, adding +2 to the lock’s hardness, 8 to its hit points, and +5 to its Break DC. Touching the key and speaking the command word causes it the key to disintegrate, leaving the lock intact and rendering the mechanism operable again.
