I was just wondering what "restrictions" are put on the World Building section as I have an idea for a world, but it might not fall into the PG-13 classification.

The world building board is not public, and therefore doesn't fall under the public face restrictions. The only other content restriction on non-public Elliquiy is no sexual content involving minors (defined for E's purposes as under 16).
