Not a problem, more wanting to see if people are familiar with it.
I've had it for a few days now and I'm quite impressed by how smooth my PC now runs.
I'm using it both while playing WoW and while I surf the net.

My question would be if people had any negative experiences with it.

To be honest, I'd be surprised if anyone has had any negative experience with it at all.  Reading the site, it seems to be just an automated way to do a number of fairly routine tasks, presented with a nice shiny UI.  Looks good to me.
