You want heart attacks? Try going to Scotland and ordering yourself a deep fried pork sausage kebab. Only contains 46 grams of fat, and customers are limited to 1 per week. For dessert you can treat yourself to a deep fried mars bar.

There's a lot of similarity between the Scots and the Northern Irish.

What, what's an Ulster Fry master?

HairyHeretic

"A traditional Ulster fry consists of bacon, eggs, sausages (either pork or beef), the farl form of soda bread (the farl split in half crossways to expose the inner bread and then fried with the exposed side down), potato bread and tomatoes.[10] Other common components include mushrooms, wheaten bread or pancakes. All this is traditionally fried in lard."

Says wikipedia.

Here's one version of it.

http://www.mrbreakfast.com/superdisplay.asp?recipeid=727

    *  2 Bacons
    * 2 Sausages
    * 1 Vegetable Roll (sausage meat mixed with scallions (spring onions))
    * 2 Tomatoes
    * 4 Mushrooms
    * 2 Eggs
    * 1 Soda Farl (the flat version of soda bread)
    * 2 Potato Farls (Irish potato bread)

To that you can also add white pudding, black pudding, onions, friend pancakes and fried bread.

For myself, I'd go with the bacon, sausage, vegetable roll, mushrooms, white pudding, and onions, all fried.

Ish delicious.

Although I do have to say I'm pretty disappointed in the Ulster Fry... that seems pretty lightweight in terms of the OTT cooked breakfasts I've seen (hell, that I've seen down my street...) ...

SUPER LOL!

Also, I strongly advise against grocery shopping on an empty stomach. It impairs your judgment to do radical and unreasonable things. For example, buying 5 boxes of fancy cakes. Bad idea.
