Military-based Idea (Fu/F, Military-Themed, Modern/Modern Sci-fi)

I recently had this idea that I thought I would throw out and see I could get any bites, despite the lack of witty title. It probably leans a bit more into the smut than story than my usual stuff, but I'm hoping to get at least some story out of it. I don't have a completely solid idea, but we can work that out, if interested. Most things are negotiable and I'm open to most ideas, so don't be shy. Premise: A new transfer in Special Ops is the talk of the base, both good and bad. However, she certainly seems popular among some of the female soldiers and civilians.
