Cursor in Members Search?

Hey all. :) This is a minor suggestion, but one that can be helpful as well. I think it would be useful to have a cursor immediately pop up when you access the members search. That way we can just type in the screen name of the person we're looking for and don't have to do that extra click, etc.

It is more for convenience sake, but still rather plausible.

What do y'all think? :)
