Underage but still unapproved?

So my status went from "Unapproved" to "Underage", but I still have the beige bar at the top of the page saying that I need to be approved. And my intro thread was moved and everything.

So why am I still unapproved?

Because you are underage for this site.

I believe this was explained in IRC, but let us know if you have any further questions. :)
